"This is my 3rd time at the hotel. Great location and my room was very nice. The rooms overlooking the courtyard are always lovely and quiet, the ones overlooking the road are very noisy and it is worth bringing earplugs if you are road-facing. Unfortunately we visited during a cold snap after the heating had been turned off for the summer so it was cold in the rooms. It’s due to be 27C the week after we came so it’s hard for the hotel to predict that it would be 8C when we arrived but it did make the stay a bit less comfortable than usual. It’s a great location though and I will definitely stay here again because the other times have been faultless"

"The check in was smooth. Except WiFi was terrible. One of staff member at the desk was rude to worst customer service I received. Day before I was checking out, went ask him I can settle my bill as I was leaving early morning. He refused & these are his words come in morning he can’t do it right now. This was my 18th stay in this hotel in past 10 years. If they don’t care will look for another hotel. They should hold him responsible teach him how to deal with clients or Get ride of him."

"I arrived at the Courtyard at 11 AM and was surprised that they allowed me to check in early. Because I have gold status, they upgraded me to the top floor with a view of the Eiffel Tower. The room was big for a hotel in Paris with 2 twin size beds that wasn’t next to each other like most hotels situated their beds in Paris. It’s centrally located, clean and easily accessible to public transportation. They also provided basic toiletries including a shave kit and a toothbrush kit in case you didn’t pack yours. Plus they also provide filter water in a reusable bottle you can fill as much as you want. Defywould stay again."

"It was a lovely modern hotel that felt catered to people working and tourist friendly Felt very social. Rooms are clean. Really good facilities and friendly reception."

"Great location for Gare de Lyon train station, 2 mins walk. We walked to Eiffel tower, took us maybe 30 mins. The staff were very friendly and helpful to us and we enjoyed our stay. There was an early check in available, which after a 30 hour flight was music to my ears. The room is small but that is known and part of the package! Very well designed rooms, felt like I was back in Japan!"

"Very nice property in a convenient location if you want to stay closer to a train station, metro stations . It also offers great dining and entertainment options in a walking distance. I do recommend this hotel in Paris . "

"we stayed for 2 nights and the room was quite small, just big enough to have a double bed and a table. be prepared for the lift to be quite tight aswell and the rooms to be quite warm. the en-suite was good, clean and good size. however, the staff were friendly and spoke english. "

"Very poor value for money overall. The hotel is extremely basic for the price you pay. While it seems quite new and generally well maintained, there were too many basic issues throughout the stay. The room was never actually cleaned during our stay - they would only make the bed and change the towels every two days, but they wouldn’t wipe down the bathroom sink, clean the surfaces or even remove things left on the nightstands. Paying hotel prices in Paris and not having the room properly cleaned daily feels quite unreasonable. On top of that, several basic amenities didn’t work properly: the fridge wasn’t working (which is frustrating when you store food without realizing it’s not cold), the main shower faucet didn’t work, and there wasn’t even a shower curtain. Overall, it felt more like paying hotel prices for a hostel-level experience."
