"A wonderful experience with a fabulous view from our balcony. It was a restful retreat and some of the best food, wine, and service of our entire trip from Lyon south. We took the train to Vienne and had private garage parking at the hotel. The staff was very helpful and made our stay a delight."

"We enjoyed our stalls at the Grand Poste Hotel - the staff were really helpful and friendly, the hotel itself was a charming building with lovely decor, the room was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, very easy to go out and explore Vienne, we had a great time seeing jazz around the city at night, a magical experience."

"The Fourviere Lyon was a total surprise for us. Upon arrival, we found a high quality hotel created from an abandoned convent built in mid 1800's. The structure is built in a square with an enclosed courtyard which offers a peaceful, walkable area for the patrons. Surrounding the hotel are ancient ruins of a Roman arena. Lots of history here! "

Our large room was pleasant and so quiet , as well it was cleaned every day which was so nice !

"Booked online 5mins before arriving, the hotel sent me directions to the hotels car park immediately. The carpark area for the hotel is very secure.
Booking in was swift, drinks on the terrace was lovely overlooking the river. Clean room, large shower comfy bed.
Overall a good, convenient stop off for us, now heading to the South.

"Clean and comfortable room, nice staff, gym and swimming pool available but I didnât make use of it as we were very tired.
I loved the idea of checking out at 12:00.

"Fantastic staff, beautiful rooms. Not super close to main part of Lyon but easy to jump on ebikes and ride beside the river safely and beautifully in to town all times of day. Was disappointed the restaurant and bar were closed during our stay because it was "slow summer" would have appreciated if even the bar stayed open so there was some type of drinks available because there isn't much super close in the area. Would recommend the hotel!"
