"This hotel is a little gem! Our room was spacious and very clean. The hotel team were very friendly and welcoming. The restaurant food was excellent value and very tasty. There was a good selection of food on the breakfast buffet.The service at all times was excellent. This was a good place to stay on our tour round the lake but the busy bar and terrace and easy parking also make it convenient mid journey stopping point."

"Really nice campsite with mobile homes amongst pine and olive trees, right by the lake. We had a mobile home which was ok, had all the utensils in (apart from a kettle) but we lacked some decking area/picket fence to provide some privacy that other mobile homes had which felt a bit odd. Staff very good, especially the night watch who was very helpful. "

"Gute Lage am Hang mit sehr schönem Blick auf den See. Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Der Pool ist sehr schön gestaltet, viele Liegen, gute Sonnenschirme. Die Snackbar am Pool war leider kaum offen. Die Garage ist groß genug, auch für SUVs, aber steile, etwas enge Zufahrt. Die Apartments sind geräumig, aber auch spartanisch, einfach eingerichtet. Dem Preis nicht angemessen! Bett, Matratzen und Bettwäsche sind gut. Genügend Handtücher und Badetücher vorhanden. TV leider nur mit terrestrischem...

"Sehr ruhig gelegen, wenn man für sich sein will ideal. Man muss sich aber im klaren sein, dass man nicht mal eben schnell zu Fuß zum Bäcker/Restaurant o.ä. laufen kann. Ausblick sehr schön. Alles ordentlich und wirklich top sauber, nur die Möbel leider schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Warmwasser und Wasserdruck sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig, da (lt. Info des Anbieters auf unsere Nachfrage) der Boiler weit vom Haus entfernt liegt dauert es extrem lange bis Warmwasser aus dem Hahn kommt. TV, leider...

"Complessivamente ci siamo trovati bene. Non potendo mettere mezza stella e non potendo darne cinque, devo abbassare il voto a quattro. La casa è bella e l'arredamento ottimo. La posizione è silenziosa anche se di fronte ad un centro sportivo. Per questo motivo stiamo valutando di prenotare anche per la prossima estate. "Bellissimo appartamento, pulito e con una vista eccezionale, personale dell'agenzia gentile e disponibile. Non metto 5***** solo per le modalità di check-in che, a mio avviso, andrebbero riviste: prima il contatto con agenzia centrale, che mi rimanda all'agenzia di zona, quindi richiesta anticipata con invio dati, successivamente richiesta (sempre online) del pagamento city tax, poi ricevo le modalità per il check-in vero e proprio.... E nuova mail per l'invio di quanto già avevo inviato!!!...

"The front desk staff were mean. They are not welcoming at all. They seem to have forgotten that they are in the hospitality industry. There was no bell man upon my arrival. Additionally, On my departure when I asked for a bell man it felt like pulling teeth. When they finally agreed to provide the bell man, he only brought my heavy bags and only to the front desk and not closet or into my car. Overall, the customer service was poor"
