"I wouldn’t really say this is a 5* hotel. Having been to many other 5* properties, the rooms are definitely comparable but the customer service let the experience down. Check in wasn’t what I expected and the breakfast options were lacking (compared to other hotels of the same standard). Customer service was a 3-star standard in my option. You expect 5* customer service to be hands on, creative and go above and beyond. Things that make you come back but it was the bare minimum throughout "
