"Les Cottages du Lac T4 Privilège" is a 4-room apartment of 45 m2 designed to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The living and dining area is bright and furnished with a welcoming, cosy style, featuring a dining table and a flat screen satellite TV, with direct access to both a balcony and a terrace. The 1st bedroom is equipped with a sliding door and 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and includes a private shower. The 2nd bedroom offers 2 single beds, each measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The 3rd bedroom is fitted with 1 set of bunk beds in a 2-over-2 configuration, each measuring 80 cm in width and 180 cm in length. The apartment also includes a separate bathroom and a separate WC. The open-plan kitchen is fully integrated into the living space, and the roofed balcony and terrace are furnished with balcony furniture for outdoor relaxation.
