"We stayed here for one night while traveling through. Front desk was very welcoming, was honest and upfront telling us our our was not yet ready even though it was past check in time. This was fine with us, went for a bite to eat and returned. Room was very clean. Had everything we needed. Appeared the hotel had been recently renovated, carpets and all flooring clean and looked new. Breakfast was fine, hot and cold options. Exercise room was clean and had all that was needed. I would recommend. "

"Opened the pull out bed and a pair of underware was in the bed. Eww. No sheets or pillows for the bed. Lack of supplies and ran out of TP."

"This hotel is being renovated. This was not disclosed at the time of booking. Front desk staff seemed to not really want to be there. After grabbing dinner and coming back to room. Found TV was not hooked up or plugged in. Could not reach cord to fix issue and was missing a cord. When I called down to desk was given no solution to the issue. The room was not ready for a guest to stay in. Then at 10:55pm a call was made to the room by the front desk. This call of course woke me up. They were looking for the owner of a specific vehicle. I was not the owner. Then was not able to go back to sleep. I would not stay here! They should not sell rooms that are not ready for guests. I received no assistance from the front desk. No offers of solutions or even a discount or refund. NOTHING!!! When I tried to go down to the desk that night and the next morning no one was ever there. Really frustrating and disappointing. No management to actually handle issues. "
