This aparthotel features 2 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, and a double living room with 2 sofa beds, all fully air-conditioned.

The apartment is located in the heart of Paris’s tourist district. You can visit Paris’s main landmarks on foot.

We offer FREE access to our Urban Flat in Paris gym, located at 5 rue du Ponceau, 75002, and open daily from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

You can book your time slot at our agency at 9 rue du Caire.



Your reservation is protected. In the event of a technical issue before your arrival, we will offer you an upgrade or a comparable apartment.



For all reservations during New Year’s, a security deposit of 1,500 euros will be required.
