About this property

Suite 332 - Two levels, a table for 12

  • Steps from Passage Brady, this 100 m² duplex is made for getting together. It sleeps up to 13 guests, with ideal comfort for up to 10.

Spread over two levels, the home is organised around a large living room and a convivial table. It is laid out as follows:

    - 1 Living room with two double sofa beds (140 × 200 cm) and a large-screen TV
    - 1 Extendable dining table that seats up to 12
    - 1 Open, fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, capsule coffee machine), with everything you need to cook freely
    - 1 Master suite with a double bed (160 × 200 cm) and a single sofa bed (90 × 190 cm)
    - 1 Bedroom with a double bed (160 × 200 cm)
    - 1 Flexible sleeping area with two double sofa beds (140 × 200 cm)
    - 2 Bathrooms with showers
    - 2 Separate toilets

Additional amenities: high-speed Wi-Fi, washer, dryer, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, shower gel and shampoo.

Sheets and towels are provided for each guest.

⚠️ Important information, please read before booking:
    * Some of the beds are in the basement: the two double sofa beds of the flexible sleeping area are set up there, in a room with no window or daylight. If sleeping in a room with a window matters to you, please take this into account.
    * The entrance is at street level, on a street in the 10th that stays busy in the evening and through the night. People passing by sometimes stop in front of the door and a smell of urine can be noticeable at the entrance. If you are travelling with young children and would prefer a calm, residential setting, please take this into account.
    * Traffic and nearby music can be heard indoors, sometimes late. Worth knowing if you sleep lightly.
    * Up to ten guests, the space stays comfortable. From eleven to thirteen, opening the two living-room sofa beds means moving the table and some furniture, and space gets tighter.
    * The hot water tank has a limited capacity: with a large group, it only covers a few showers in a row, so plan to space them out over the day.
We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations.

On the plus side, you will stay close to Passage Brady, with Château d'Eau metro 3 minutes away on foot, in 100 m² where a group can cook, do its laundry and dine for twelve.

Book today and share Paris as a group, all together under one roof.

    No room is shared.

Spacious apt

Check-in was easy. The apartment was spacious and plenty of beds but we could've used linen/blankets for them. The property is close to metro making it easy to get around. The wifi was down and a shower door wouldn't close, these were communicated to host and issues resolved next day.

This place is horrible, I mean horrible the smell of mold the mold on the walls, the mold in the dresser, the mold on the sheets, just horrible. I’ve contacted Vrbo and the host. The host offered to spray chemicals and bring new sheets. That is unacceptable. There is no way to spray chemicals and get rid of black mold that is literally showing on the walls and in the dressers and on the sheets. I have sent Vrbo and the host all pictures. Neither did anything about, it is so disappointing. I told Vrbo the least they could do is take it off of listing so other families don’t get stuck having to stay here they refused Even after all of the pictures. Also, the location is horrible. It’s in an alley with no lighting in the not best of a neighborhood. Also, the showerhead is broken in one of the bathrooms, and the other bathroom is in the basement with a horrible horrible mold smells that you can’t even use. Two beds were completely unusable because the mattresses were damp with mold STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE
