The apartment was comfortable, clean, and adequately appointed. The location was superb. Unfortunately, the manager “Claudio” was most inhospitable. He requested we contact him 30 mins prior to arrival, which we did via text, message thru the app, and phone call. He was 30 mins late, with no return communication. It was raining, and we were lucky to find another property manager not affiliated with this property, who let us wait inside, and tried to contact Claudio on our behalf. Upon his arrival, Claudio brought us to a different building, saying he changes the address on the site for “security reasons”. He offered no apology for his lateness, and instead treated us with a brusque and impatient manner, telling us to “hurry up” as we struggled with our baggage in the building elevator. In a word, he was rude.
