I really like that the property is located juat outside Paris in Puteaux. The Metro Train is very clean and a 10 minute walk to take you anywhere you want to visit in Paris and surrounding areas. The staff is considerate, kind and front desk is open 24/7. I enjoyed my first time in France and would recommend to stay here for anyone wanting to getaway and relax after a long day of walking and embracing the iconic sights and sounds of Paris and it's surrounding areas. I would stay there again.

Hotel room was very clean, spacious and well-designed. Very comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen (microwave, kettle, glasses and cutleries were provided) and clean bathroom. We were a group of four staying in the 2 double beds connecting rooms. The rooms were both facing the courtyard with a balcony. Check-in was great too, the receptionist, Sunny was very polite, kind and accommodating. All other staffs we met were nice too! We felt safe in the area with just 10 minutes walk to the metro station. If you are looking for a stay out of the busy central Paris and a quiet neighbourhood, I highly recommend this hotel! It’s on M1 line so I thought it was quite convenient.

Initial booking was difficult. Staff was friendly and the unit was nice and centric. Grocery store and train station was close by. Unfortunately the unit had ants. Not a huge amount but enough to be mildly annoying. Notified the staff but there was no chance for them to send someone to take care of it while we were there.

The hotel is not comfortable. The vending machine for water and drinks is out of order. Don’t trust the hotel staff to hire your a taxi on behalf of you. They had a booked a very bad taxi for me. The driver had overcharged me 100% on the taxi fare. The hotel still not reply me the taxi company information on resolving it. Not helpful at all and gave tourist a extremely bad image.

The rooms were really amd well stocked for self catering equipment. communal areas were very cosy, with nice big outside terraces which were lovely to eat breakfast on. Staff were welcoming and helpful. It's in the financial district so is very quiet during the weekend and in particular in August. There's a little supermarket two minutes away to stock your fridge up with. Breakfast was continental style with enough variety. I would happily stay here again.

It was convenient, staff was great specially Olga the lady that speaks Spanish. They have stove and the grocery store is at the corner and I was able to cook at least breakfast the AC was good and they have laundry room very convenient I was there 3 days and I wash all the dirty clothes before we fly to Italy.

Overall, great place to stay. The apartment is very nice and cozy. Reception was very friendly and proactive in resolving issues. My only negative was the aircon - we felt nothing and we had 38 degrees days which were very uncomfortable. Other than that, it was great.

Was great for the family connecting rooms. Very quiet area, 10min walk to the Metro. Nice breakfast selection and good facilities in the room for storing and preparing food of your own if you wish to do so.
