Everything was great except the shower. The water pressure and water temperature were very inconsistent. The temperature constantly fluctuated from cold to scalding and I had to be careful to not get burned by the water.

The hotel is very modern. The staff is very nice. The metro line is 4 min far and it is in a cool position, close to restaurants and bercy village. I absolutely recommend it!

Great, convenient, useful little apartment suite, great for 1 or 2 people. The bed is extremely comfortable and it folds back into the wall, to allow more space and amazing work conditions. Great overall.

Amazing place in Paris

Great place, well located near Bercy Village/cours st emilion with lot of shops and restaurants, bars.. Great team, everyone is nice and helpful. For people who are working at WeWork this residence is at 2mn walk. And at 5mn the subway line 14 brings you in few minutes in the center of Paris. Definitely a great location.

So we arrived, got the key, key didn't work. Went downstairs, got new key... Turns out room hadn't been cleaned from previous guests. Went downstairs, changed room key. Back upstairs, this time only towels for 1 person and our was a twin when we booked a double. And there was no TV in the room. So back downstairs to sort that. In spite of all issues the staff were nice and friendly but could have avoided all these issues. No effort made tho...I did all the running up and down. No gesture of say a breakfast to make up for the multitude of issues. General disappointment

bonjour, à proximité d'une station de métro "Cours Saint Emilion" d'un parc de verdure (autour de Bercy) loin du brouhaha de la cité, appréciable et apprécié. Le petit déjeuner intéressant, mais pour trois jours un petit peu en boucle. La salle de bains du "106" aurait besoin d'un entretien général, certains éléments sont en mauvais états, voire détachés de leur support. Merci; Cordialement. J.Yves TARDY

Très bon séjour. Accueil chaleureux et très professionnel. Bagagerie. Chambre pour 3 très spatieuses avec un couloir séparant les deux pièces. Toilettes séparées de la salle de bains. Deux télés. Équipement de cuisine intéressant, avec machine à expresso. Literie confortable et environnement bien desservi (restaurants, boulangerie, supermarchés, magasins, cinéma) et métro très proches.

Alles im allem furchtbar...

- Sehr unfreundliches und inkompetentes Personal - Mussten Zimmer wechseln da im Zimmer nichts funktionierte Neues Zimmer - Zustand des Inventares sehr mangelhaft - Spüler defekt - Abfluss defekt...mussten das Problem selber beheben. - Dusche nur heiß oder kalt...nicht regulierbar - Keine Reinigung ( ab 8te Übernachtung ) - Neue Handtücher ( wir waren 7 Nächte dort ) nur gegen Bezahlung - Abzug Bad funktionierte nicht - WC Spülung immer mehrmals drücken.... Erwarte hier von Hotel.com eine Gutschrift von 30-40% der Gesamtsumme !!!!

Freundlicher Empfang und frisches Getränk bei Zugang im Foyer, Lift fährt nur zum eigenen Stockwerk und auch dadurch gutes Sicherheitsgefühl. Positiv Küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank und Eisfach, Geschirrspüler, Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine und Geschirrtuch. Negativ Dusche nicht solo. Einstieg ohne Haltegriffe in eine sehr glatte Badewanne erforderlich. Bett ist nicht vorhanden, es handelt sich um ein ausgeklapptes Sofa, das überhaupt keinen Sinn macht. Schlafqualität ist dadurch eingeschränkt und das ohne jeden Sinn. Duschen und Schlafen sind für eine Erholung im Urlaub essenziell. Ansonsten ist alles sehr angenehm, die Räume gut eingerichtet aber das Bad muss dringend neu gestrichen werden. Wenig Geräusche. Ich habe im 5. OG gewohnt.

Otima localizacao

O apartamento esta localizado a poucos passos do metro e de Bercy Village. Proximo de mercados e restaurantes. A cozinha do apartamento estava equipada o que nos permitiu fazer a nossa janta em casa e economizar um pouco. O único problema enfrentado foi a falta de ar condicionado no apartamento, pegamos uma semana de calor excessivo em Paris e mesmo sendo carioca sofri um pouco com o calor para poder dormir. De resto tudo perfeito e voltaria sem duvidas.

Naja, geht 5/10

Wir haben zwei Zimmer reserviert und beim Check-in direkt ein Zimmer mit Verbindungstür erhalten – das war ein sehr angenehmer und kundenfreundlicher Start . Leider funktionierte die Klimaanlage im Zimmer nicht. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns erklärt, dass sie „zentral nicht freigeschaltet“ sei – eine Erklärung, die wenig professionell wirkt. Als Ersatz wurden uns zwei Ventilatoren zugesagt, die jedoch nie ins Zimmer gebracht wurden. Die Sauberkeit ließ stark zu wünschen übrig. Auch wenn es sich um ein Aparthotel handelt, wäre eine gründliche Reinigung vor dem Check-in selbstverständlich. Stattdessen mussten wir selbst Staubsauger und Wischmopp ausleihen und das Zimmer reinigen. Beim zweiten Reinigungsversuch wurde uns der Wischmopp dann nicht mehr zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war in die Jahre gekommen. Einige Einrichtungsgegenstände waren beschädigt, insgesamt aber funktional. Das Personal war stets freundlich und bemüht. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet: direkt an der U-Bahn und nur wenige Schritte vom charmanten Bercy Village mit Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten entfernt (großer Pluspunkt). Fazit & Gesamtbewertung: Tolle Lage und freundliches Personal auf der einen Seite – auf der anderen gravierende Mängel bei Sauberkeit, Klimatisierung und Kundenservice. In Summe bewerte ich den Aufenthalt mit 5 von 10 Punkten.

広くて快適なアパートメントホテルです。

キッチン付きで広くて快適なので、毎年泊まらせていただいてますが、ここのところⓂ️14号線の工事が多くて、週末使用できない事があるので、調べて行かれた方がいいと思います。 観光地でもあるので人も多く夜も安心して外出できます。受付もとても感じいいです。

Séjour parisien en couple, appart/hôtel dans un quartier animé…mais parfaitement calme le soir et la nuit. Chambre parfaite avec petit coin kitchenette, qui apporte un vrai plus. Tout était très propre et bien entretenu.

Très bien placé proche gare de bercy. Hôtel vieillissant, petit déjeuner hors de prix 19 euros. Lit refermable avec armature métallique tout autour, attention aux mollets. Beaucoup de commerces et de restaurants aux environs.
