Dear All, our Classical chic, fully renovated apartment is a one bedroom flat. Thought for three persons, it can be extended to 4 persons ( BZ in the living room).
Located in the heart of the 9th district you will be 5 minutes closed to Sacré Coeur Montmartre, Pigalle, Gare du Nord and Opéra. The immediate surrounding is young, hype and provide all kind of restaurants which can also deliver home. The address is on the rue des Martyrs, famous for the numerous food shops and market, and our flat is off the street on the ground floor, overlooking a quite and luminous courtyard.
(security is fully adapted to the ground location + coded portal door and interphone sas access, secured windows and door).
In the living room you have a built in kitchen in case you prefer to cook for yourselves. Two fires, a real oven and microwaves one, a large fridge as well as separate freezer are provided as well. The dishwasher is there too. There’s also washing-drying machine, boiler and a Nespresso machine.
With an Italian “shower room”, we have everything you would need; 160/200cm bed, linens, sheets, duvets, towels, hairdryer, a numerical coded safe.
For your work and your entertainment we have fiber internet, wifi, intl TV, etc... Everything you would need to feel comfortable.
The check-in is from 2pm to 8pm - The check-out time is before 11am.
If you are coming earlier or leaving later we can help you keep your luggage in our place.
If we don't have other guest coming or leaving in same day we will do our best to organize your check in/out in your convenience.

Notre appartement chic classique, entièrement rénové est un deux pièces pensé pour trois personnes ; il peut accueillir jusqu’à 4 personnes (canapé-lit étroit dans le salon).
Situé au coeur du 9ème arrondissement, vous serez à 5 minutes du Sacré Cœur-Montmartre, de Pigalle, de la Gare du Nord et de l'Opéra. L'environnement immédiat est jeune, branché et offre tous les types de restaurants qui peuvent également livrer à la maison. L'adresse est sur la rue des Martyrs, célèbre pour ses nombreux magasins d'alimentation et son marché, et notre appartement est situé au rez-de-chaussée, donnant sur une cour calme et lumineuse.
La sécurité est entièrement adaptée à l'emplacement au rez-de-chaussée portail codé et accès par sas interphone, fenêtres et porte sécurisées.
Dans la pièce principale, vous avez une cuisine intégrée au cas où vous préféreriez cuisiner pour vous. Deux feux, un vrai four et un micro-ondes, un grand réfrigérateur ainsi qu'un congélateur séparé sont également fournis. Le lave-vaisselle est là aussi. Il y a aussi un lave-linge, une bouilloire et une machine à café Nespresso.
Avec une salle d’eau à l’italienne, nous avons tout ce dont vous auriez besoin; Lit 160 / 200cm, draps, draps, couettes, serviettes, sèche-cheveux, coffre-fort numérique codé.
Pour votre travail et votre divertissement, nous avons Internet par la fibre, le wifi, la télévision internationale, etc ... Tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour vous sentir à l'aise.
L'enregistrement s'effectue de 14h00 à 20h00. L'heure de départ est avant 11h00.
Si vous venez plus tôt ou si vous partez plus tard, nous pouvons vous aider à garder vos bagages dans notre appartement.
Si nous n'avons pas d'autres invités à venir ou à partir le même jour, nous ferons de notre mieux pour organiser votre arrivée / départ à votre convenance.
