Main room: A cosy space with a single sofa bed, a double bed, a TV and a dining table for convivial moments.

Kitchen: A modern kitchenette with hob, microwave and Nespresso machine. Coffee capsules, sugar and tea are also available to enhance your gourmet moments.

Bathroom: A modern bathroom with shower, welcome kit including shower gel and shampoo, and hairdryer.

Toilet: A toilet is integrated into the bathroom for added convenience.

Additional amenities: Iron, Wi-Fi included, bed linen and towels provided for each guest. Everything is designed to make you feel at home.

⚠️ Important information, please read before booking:
* The studio is on the ground floor, at the back of an inner courtyard where the bins of the building and of the neighbouring restaurant are kept: you walk past them to get in, and smells can come in when the window is open. If a neat entrance matters to you, please take this into account.
* The studio adjoins a restaurant kitchen: service and dishwashing noise and cooking smells can be noticed until closing time, around 11 p.m. If you are a light sleeper, please take this into account.
* The studio has a single window, onto the courtyard: it gets little natural light, has no view, and there is little fresh air. If daylight matters a lot to you, please take this into account.
* The apartment is not air-conditioned. During summer heatwaves it can get very hot and stuffy: guests who are sensitive to heat may find it hard to sleep.
* At 22 m² (237 sq ft), the studio is ideal for two. With three guests, the open sofa bed leaves very little room to move around and store luggage.

On the plus side, you will be in a residential part of the 12th arrondissement, a 6-minute walk from Bel-Air metro station (line 8), with an equipped kitchenette and a comfortable double bed.

The apartment is entirely at your disposal, you have access to the whole property.

However, if you arrive after 11 p.m., it is crucial that you read and carefully follow the self-guided arrival guide provided. This will ensure trouble-free access to the property and avoid any inconvenience during check-in. Please note that after 11pm, we will not be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary. We cannot be held responsible for any misunderstanding on the part of the guide.
