We had the most enjoyable stay at Jack's Hotel in September 2026. What a welcome we had from staff and especially Dawa and Vasuhan who went out of their way to help us with directions and ideas of what to do. Loved our room with a window to open and listen to the birds in the trees. Everything was clean and the hotel was close to dining, supermarkets and the metro. The refreshing lemon flavoured welcoming drink at the reception was always enjoyed after a long day of sightseeing. Would recommend this spot especially as it immersed one in local life with being a bit away from the main tourist spots. Julie & Mark

Staff Vasu was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, excellent service. Clean, modern hotel and amenities, very close to Place d'Italie stn with lots of restaurants around the area, very good transport links.

We stayed for a week for a work event on the left bank and had struggled to find affordable accommodation. Because of this we only had the smaller rooms, but Jack's Hotel was a great find. All staff were extremely kind with us and tolerated our moderate French and various requests. Place d'Italie is close by and hence transport connections are easy. If we got up early it was still a pleasant walk to our conference venue, but really all Paris suffers in 35 degrees! The breakfast is simple and the salle is quite hot in this crazy heatwave. My balcony was cute and appreciated although the heatwave meant I only sat on it very late at night!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le personnel était particulièrement attentionné et la chambre était propre et bien entretenue. Cet hôtel de charme bénéficie d’un emplacement idéal, à proximité de la place d’Italie, ce qui en fait un point de départ parfait pour découvrir Paris. Le principal point faible concerne toutefois l’isolation phonique, un problème déjà signalé dans plusieurs avis. Les chambres semblent très mal isolées : nous entendions clairement nos voisins, au point de pouvoir suivre certains échanges. Le matin, les allées et venues ainsi que le ménage effectué par les femmes de chambre étaient également très audibles. Même avec des bouchons d’oreilles, il était difficile de ne pas être réveillé par les bruits environnants. Si votre programme consiste à visiter toute la journée et à passer peu de temps à l’hôtel, cela ne devrait pas être un problème majeur. En revanche, si vous recherchez du calme et du repos, cet établissement risque de ne pas répondre à vos attentes.

Lovely, quiet area with a metro station just five minutes away, making it easy to reach the main attractions. The reception staff were excellent. On our first day, they gave us a map, highlighted key locations, and explained how to use the metro, which was incredibly helpful. Once they’d explained it, the metro was very easy to navigate. The room was clean, serviced daily, and perfectly adequate for what we needed.

This is my second stay at Jack’s hotel and still very happy with quality of stay. Hotel employees seem to be happy working there and are always eager to help. The rooms are small but well maintained. Noise level is low and hotel is centrally located in the 13th district, close to good restaurant and cafes walking distance. I highly recommend .

The front desk was extremely friendly, and I felt welcome. The second I walked in. The rooms were clean but a little outdated. It’s in a great location about five minutes from the metro. Walking distance to a lot of good restaurants. I recommend!

The quiet room with comfortable bed is spacious for 2 persons in Paris. The location is very close to metro train station and restaurants. The staff is very helpful to contact CDG airport baggage claim service because our luggage was delayed due to snow.

The hotel is spotless, and the staff were excellent. There is a metro station within a short walk that makes the location very convenient, without being in the center of the city. We were given room 001, which is off the breakfast room on the ground floor. It’s relatively small, but we had enough room for our needs. The rooms location made for a noisy couple of nights. Basically every time someone in the rooms above used the plumbing ( shower or toilet) we were awaken by the sounds of flushing water. For our second night, we used ear plugs, which resulted in a restful sleep. Would we use this hotel again? Absolutely.

We enjoyed our stay here. The reception staff was very helpful and welcoming, especially Dawa. Room wasn't too big, but enough and very clean. They provided a crib for the baby which was helpful. We loved the organic and natural approach for the shampoo and hand soap. I also loved the magnifying mirror in the bathroom. Breakfast was good too. We would deffinitely recommend.
