Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung eine angenehme Erfahrung. Die Lage ist vorteilhaft, Supermärkte, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel und der Bahnhof sind zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. Das Gebäude ist in gutem Zustand, mit sauberen Gemeinschaftsräumen und nützlichen Annehmlichkeiten wie hervorragenden Einrichtungen. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und gut beleuchtet, mit modernen Armaturen und viel Stauraum. Die Verwaltung ist aufgeschlossen und geht auf Wartungsanfragen unverzüglich ein. Die Miete ist für die Nachbarschaft angemessen, obwohl zusätzliche Kosten wie Nebenkosten und Parken berücksichtigt werden sollten. Ich würde diese Wohnung jedem empfehlen, der auf der Suche nach einem gemütlichen und günstig gelegenen Ort zum Leben ist.

Nuestra estancia fue extremadamente placentera y serena, nos sentíamos en nuestro hogar, el anfitrión era muy amable y atento, la organización era excelente, solo creo que sería útil sugerir y advertir que el apartamento es bastante fresco y luminoso y no tiene aire acondicionado, lo cual se agradece a finales de junio para refrescar el lugar, sin embargo, nos proporcionaron un ventilador rápidamente, Aparte de eso, todo estuvo impecable, si regresamos a París, no me molestaría alojarme de nuevo en este Airbnb, Muchas gracias por todo, Ayoub, Estamos muy satisfechos con el servicio recibido,

We hebben er met ons gezin met 4 kinderen een fijn verblijf gehad, Er zijn 6 nette bedden met fris beddengoed, De handdoeken waren ruim aanwezig, Ook zeep en shampoo was ruim voldoende,Aan de overkant zit een leuk park met speelruimte voor de kinderen, De metro ligt een straat verderop, De tips voor parkeerplaats waren handig, Kortom 5 sterren!!
