With beautiful Parquet flooring, this classic apartment is in a fantastic location in the 2nd arrondissement- perfect for up to 4 guests. A short distance from the Palais Royal and the Louvre.

The apartment is situated on the 4th floor of the building, with stairs up to the entrance.

LIVING & DINING ROOM
With classic tall French doors and Juliette balconies, this room has real Parisian charm. The room comprises a large sofa, vintage rocking chair and a coffee table, as well as a bookcase, with stereo.
On the opposite side of the room, is the dining area, with a table and chairs, surrounded by artwork on the walls. There is also a desk and chair in this space.
There is an inflatable mattress that can be used in this room, to sleep up to 2 people.

KITCHEN
Adjacent to the living area is the kitchen, with wooden fittings and tiled flooring. There is a small breakfast with bar stools here. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities you will need during your stay.

our week in Paris

Initially, we were somewhat aghast with the setting--old building, 5th floor, aged interior. However, once we got settled and had a couple of days to adjust, we were pleased with the apartment. As published, there was only one bedroom with a blow-up bed in the living area. We were surprised and delighted to find a half bath adjacent to the kitchen. What was apparently owners' things were somewhat cluttered in areas. Having a washing machine was most helpful. We were there during a very hot week for Paris. Having fans would have been nice. However, we usually had a breeze when the windows were open. There was quite a lot of noise along the street, sometimes late into the night. Overall, an OK place to stay but not 4 star, for sure.

Very nice location.

It’s a nice play in a very nice location. I will recommend this one but be aware there will be a bit nosiey in the morning.
