Welcome to our elegant 50m2 duplex apartment on the first floor of rue du Capitaine Glarner in Saint-Ouen. Designed to accommodate up to four people, this spacious apartment offers the comfort of two separate bedrooms. Enjoy a fully-equipped kitchen, high-quality Wi-Fi access and everything you need for a carefree stay.

You have access to the entire accommodation;
If you come by public transport, the metro line 13 Garibaldi and the metro line 14 Saint Ouen are a 6-minute walk away and the RER C Saint-ouen too
By car, parking is payable around the accommodation

We stayed for 10 days in Paris in the flat. The area may be a bit run down, but the owner put quite some effort into making the flat nice and stylish. Thank you for a pleasant stay!

We were given instructions to pick up a key for property from a convenience store that was a distance from property (not convenient with luggage -15 min+ walk). Upon arrival we were told the key no longer is at the location and we needed to get in touch with the host/owner. We were unable to get in touch with owner for some time, and in a state of uncertainty/stranded. It started to feel very much like we were being scammed/fraudulent listing. After much time host said to meet at residence and agent would arrive immediately- again not able to get with host directly (called several times/email/platform correspondence). This did not happen. Once at property we were harassed by a resident of the property who was drunk and threatening- with a group of others. They would not leave us alone, to the point a store owner came out to intervene. We unfortunately had to take a taxi and later make other arrangements. We immediately contacted VRBO and host for intervention/refund. Still waiting on resolution. We are extreme users of VRBO and this time it feels like we’ve been scammed. TBD on resolution.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Tolle Wohnung. Alles hat bestens funktioniert. Kommunikation mit Guest Ready hat leider nicht geklappt, da die Emailadresse nicht gefunden wurde. Sehr schade!

Very nice typical flat. Comfortable stay. This is on the outskirts of Paris but public transportation is easily accessible. There are plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and shops nearby. The process for picking up the key is from a shop 15 mins by walking. The flat is very secure with 3 locked doors. The stairs are very steep, so beware for elderly or children. We had a lovely time and a comfortable stay.
