Great location next to the M4 line (metro) making it easy to get to all main attractions and close to the river/louvre. Staff were great and room had everything (mini fridge, wardrobe, bath, hair dryer). Only issue was it could have been cleaner (room was a bit dusty and you could see it on the air con unit). Overall we would stay there again.

Great hotel in the great neighborhood of St Germain. All the charm of a Parisian hotel. Old but with great amenities including AC (and we were in Paris during one of the worst canicule or heat wave) The rooms are small but very well organized

This Boutique hotel was adorable and very well managed and staffed. Our room was small but comfortable and was cleaned each day by great staff. The dining area was cozy and provided good breakfast options. The front staff were resourceful and always willing to help or advise us. They made us feel welcome. We loved the location and easy accessibility to the River Seine and all activity leading from there. But most of all we loved the surrounding area with many great restaurants, clothing stores and places to people watch. .

The hotel is in a wonderful part of Paris with many great restaurants and walks. The staff couldn’t have been nicer and helpful! Clean room with very good housekeeping and breakfast. Very pleased with my stay!

The hotel is in a great location. Beds were very comfortable and service was excellent. Our room did not have a view though the French window let in the air and sun as the weather was fantastic.

They had both AC and an elevator. I did not expect this for a small hotel, so I was wonderfully surprised. The top step on the first floor was worn out and slanted. It was covered by the new carpet but still notable and may be a safety issue for the less agile.

Best Bargain in Saint Germain des Pres

Our stay at the Crystal Hotel was perfect. The front desk personnel were all extremely friendly and helpful. The room was larger than expected, with a completely remodeled bathroom. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. And the location cannot be beat--a 2 minute walk to the Saint Germain metro. Highly recommended.

The Hotel is a treasure! The elevator is small, but works fine. The location is the best, if you enjoy walking even better. Miriam at the reception speaks several languages and is available all the time with many recommendations about Paris. I will definitely go back to this hotel. Paris was amazing and don't forget the umbrella.

Wonderful location and cute hotel room! The only elevator in the hotel was tiny, so be aware if you have large luggages. Location is convenient if you want to walk to some museums and landmarks nearby. There are Michelin guide and star restaurants close to Crystal hotel in a walking distance. Le bon Marche is 15 minutes walking distance away. If you’re interested in having gourmet meals and shopping in Paris, this is the place that allows you to have it all!

The staff were incredibly helpful in printing out and resizing a picture for us that was required by the Paris metro card. The elevator was a very tight fit and didn't go all the way up to our floor, but the view from our room was very nice and it made up for it.

This was a fantastic beautiful renovated Parisian Hotel. The staff was beyond friendly and accommodating. The rooms are fairly large and did have a lift to the fourth floor. It’s conveniently located in the heart of St. Germain and is surrounded by amazing restaurants and cafes. It’s an easy beautiful walk to most all major attractions. If you are not in a walking mood rubber and cabs are readily available. The staff though was beyond helpful and were a great source of information and help. We will definitely be back and will recommend to others.

We came over by train from London to stayed here for the weekend and I felt like we were in the penthouse. We had the top floor looking over the streets. It was like we were in the movies with this hotel, opening the windows to look down at a 5 star hotel, people watching. This is what I would expect from a Paris hotel. The elevator was very, very tiny so I didn’t mind walking up 5 flights of steps for that view. We had the family suite, it was very spacious and big bathroom. Bed were comfortable. I love how close we were to all the Cafe’s. I get very safe being in a high end shopping area also. We did do the hop on hop off boat that was worth the money and got to see a lot of sights that way. Food of course was amazing every place around the hotel and it was nice they had English menus. I will definitely come back to this hotel

Warm and friendly welcome. Lift to access bedroom (3rd floor). Fabulous location in 6th arr. Comfortable and clean room if a little small (normal in Paris). Spacious shower with great water pressure, regular beauty products provided. Would definitely return.
