An okay place when you are just looking for somewhere to sleep. The hotel was conveniently located close to a metro station and to eating and shopping options. I thought I had booked a room with a private bathroom but I had to upgrade when I got there. No fridge, no safe, no closet, no air conditioning, have to pay extra for a fan (in heatwave season!). The bathroom was a “wet” bathroom - toilet and shower together in the same small area. The hotel was having some form of maintenance done so there was scaffolding outside my 5th floor room window, with workers occasionally doing things with hammers and power tools. Thankfully they stopped at night. In all fairness I suppose that is just a temporary thing - the work should get completed at some point.

Where to start! The hotel itself is under construction, scaffold externally and work men outside your window. Work start at 8am! We could hear materials falling and it was extremely loud! The owner’s or staff, seem to the live the front room with their parrots ! The cleanliness throughout the hotel and the rooms were awful ! The room was dirty, the bathroom had an awful drain smell and there seemed to be some brush fibres stuck in the basin plug .. The towels were questionable and no air con ! Beds extremely uncomfortable and the furniture disgusting!! The staff themselves were nice, helpful and very friendly. However the hotel was extremely disappointing. We stayed Tuesday-Thursday July 26.

This is an old property. The elevator and stairway are small and narrow (not convenient for large suitcases). The room is not big, and the bathroom is shower and toilet combined. The noise of opening and closing doors of your neighbors is loud! The staff was friendly, but the owners don't speak English. The location is convenient for public transportation, and pretty safe. There are many Asian stores around.

Our first impression of the hotel was not very positive. Based on the photos, we expected there to be a lobby or at least a seating area where guests could wait during check-in, but there was nowhere to sit or comfortably wait with our luggage. While I was completing the check-in process at the front desk, my friends were looking around to understand the lift situation since we were traveling with several large suitcases. Unfortunately, the manager seemed to assume they were doing something inappropriate and reacted in a way that came across as annoyed, which made us feel quite unwelcome. The hotel was also undergoing maintenance during our stay. Our room was noticeably dusty, and the maintenance work affected our comfort to the point that we spent most of our time outside the hotel. One morning, maintenance work was taking place directly outside our room window, which was not an ideal way to wake up. Again, there was no acknowledgment or apology for the inconvenience. We understand that maintenance is sometimes necessary, but better communication would have made a big difference. That said, I do want to recognize the rest of the hotel staff. After check-in, everyone we interacted with was genuinely kind, friendly, and helpful, and they made us feel much more welcome. Their professionalism and warm attitude were the highlight of our stay and helped improve an otherwise disappointing experience.

It's smaller than I thought, the lady who attended us was kind, but there was a man who started yelling at us because my sister came in to go to the bathroom and was not registered, the hotel needs remodeling and look more like a hotel. I didn’t like the concept to leave the keys every time you left the hotel

The staff was not helpful, the bathrooms on each floor are not clean at all, and the rooms had bedbugs. My body is full of bites from staying there one night and I had to kill 2 of them myself. Definitely not worth the money even if you want to save a couple of dollars.

Room 35. When shower or toilet used, it had a smell. Bathroom glass shelf sloping, so unsafe. Room 33. No shelf at all in bathroom. Both rooms - kettle but no cups, spoons, tea bags or coffee. Tap water only just warm. Beds OK. Location OK. on second day, cardboard cups provided but only when asked for.

I'm travelling frequently and I'm interested to discover new hotels. The hotel itself may be OK and but they are not at all customer friendly. Unfortunately I could not stay there and I will never do. I had trouble to get to Paris which was not my fault but there was a full day of airline strike (only announced 36 hours before departure - no flight at all on my travel date and trains were also fully booked). As soon as I knew this issue I immediately informed both expedia and the hotel. Expedia told me that the hotel refused to postpone my stay or to provide any reimbursement. I called the hotel directly several times and send them messages. After several attempts I finally got in contact with the manager who was not able to propose any solution. I told him that I had managed to get a flight 36 hours later and still would like to stay at the hotel but they told me that I have to pay another full night. I suggested that if the room was different I was ready to pay a supplement or if all rooms are booked to shift to another day. Not accepted, manager not willing to propose anything. Full new reservation required. I had paid and lost over 90 USD / 80 EUR for no service at all. Never again. Manager is not interested in new customers, arrogant behaviour. Sorry it was my mistake to book this hotel.

El personal Muy atento pero el hotel en malas condiciones. No hay amenidades la limpieza la hacen cada dos días, dónde te sientas en la taza del baño estaba roto, hay una construcción y te despiertan a las 8 de la mañana martillazos y taladrazos. No aire acondicionado.

L’hôtel est très bien situé, métro, quartier, restaurants, etc. Ce qui déplaît est une seule toilette-douche minuscule pour 3 étages (je suis au 3e, et j’ai accès à celle du 2e ou celle du 5e) et que la douche sans rideau laisse la pièce toute trempée pendant longtemps vue l’exiguïté. Faudrait au minimum douche et toilette séparées. Je ne parle pas des travaux… mais ça c’est temporaire.
