Welcome to my apartment!
Our delightful 38m2 apartment on the 2nd floor with a lift offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this vibrant city. With its central location, quaint atmosphere, and proximity to attractions, our apartment is ideal for travellers seeking an authentic Parisian experience.
Designed with an open floor plan, as you step inside, you'll be greeted by a furnished and vibrant space featuring a sofa, an armchair where guests can relax after a long day exploring the city, a kitchen island where you can dine with loved ones and access to a private furnished balcony, perfect for relaxing.
The adjacent kitchen has essential cookware and cutlery to fulfil culinary requirements and make delicious meals.
The bedroom has a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest and multiple storage spaces.
The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.
The apartment is not suitable for children or for guests with reduced mobility, as it is not adapted to their needs.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.
Close to the main tourist attractions of Paris, accessible through several means of transportation, the neighbourhood offers the luxury of being in Paris with your feet in the water! By the way, the Bassin de la Villette changes into a second Paris Plages (Paris Beaches) during the summer. Walk along the quays on the canal's banks and watch the boats come and go; go further to the Antipode, a cool bar on a barge. Sit at a table at La Bulle and order a traditional French meal before catching a movie in one of the twin MK2 cinemas, a play at the Centquatr, or perhaps a concert at the Point Ephémère.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest train station, Porte des Lilas, is just a 4-minute walk.
Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport is a 29-minute drive from the property.
Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.
Kindly note that completing the mandatory signing of the contract before your check-in is necessary.
Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that we also offer paid cleaning services during your stay:
