Very small rooms, would be good for a quick one night stay but wouldn’t want to be there any longer. Absolutely no amenities, no mini fridge. Rooms were fairly clean… there was a finger nail and some hair in our bed sheets which made me wonder how thorough they are when cleaning the sheets?? Service was friendly, but probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Hotel convenable pour 2 nuits. Par contre l'hotel est encore en travaux et du coup la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas, heureusement que la chambre avait un ventilateur... Pour ce qui est du petit dejeuner, possibilité de l'avoir en chambre mais du coup ce qui est presenté comme un buffet se restreint a un plateau.

Location is on a quiet street if you prefer a peaceful stay and sleep in the nighttime. It is close to Metro station and surprisingly there are many good cafe restaurants at major street corners, markets that open late night. One major setback for this hotel is no air-conditioning in the small room which is difficult during the hot months in Paris. I suggested to the hotel to install permanent fans in ceiling rather than the portable fan on desk which does not provide adequate ventilation. The location is great if you want to know what it is like living in Paris, and not be in a bustling tourist area!

The hotel was opposite a hostel that was full of men, these men where ‘cat calling’ and shouting stuff at us across the road when we were sat on our balcony or even just had the doors open. There were lots of people begging in the area, if you were to walk to or from the hotel in the evening or at night they all stopped you for your attention. The room had carpet and was not hoovered at all, the toilet had stains, the bath/ shower had limescale and grime in between the tiles, the walls were dirty and stained, the balcony has astro turf which had not been brushed. We requested no housekeeping every day yet after returning from 12 hours out in the day, the bed had been made and towels refreshed. Still no hoovering completed or cleaning of the bathroom. We didn’t feel comfortable with people entering our room while we weren’t there, yet they still did after requesting not too. There was also no circulation in the room, just the doors onto the balcony which were unsafe to have open at night and one small fan which didn’t move, the room was too hot and there was no way to regulate. The breakfast is €13pp per day. It was a small selection of a bread and a croissant, 3 spreads, butter and yoghurt in the fridge, a ham, a cheese, 3 cereals, water and orange juice. No pancakes or wider selection as pictured on the website. We visited the patisserie around the corner which offered much more and came to less than €13pp. Sadly, would not recommend this hotel.

Price-gouged due to the Olympics, which I can understand, but even at the normal rates, I would have complaints: Pros: - Friendly reception staff, quick check in - Very close to Metro and good Patisserie - Nice balcony - Sheets were fresh and clean - Other reviews mention noise, but our stay was quiet, with no disturbance Cons: - Dirty old carpet in the room, which was covered in previous guests' detritus. Asked for it to be cleaned; didn't happen. It wasn't just a 'few bits of fluff' - it was bad enough that I didn't want to be barefoot on it. - Balcony had old cigarette ends and packaging from previous guests, I had to clean it myself. - Bathroom looked like it needed a good clean too, lots of stains on the flooring and shower surrounds - No Aircon, so really hot at night. Not a deal breaker, but not comfortable either. Basically, I got the impression they change the sheets and towels between guests and nothing else. Was fine for our 4-night stay but I wouldn't go back.

Hade bokat ett familjerum för fyra men fick två separat rum. Rummen låg dock intill varandra och det gick att stänga en tredje dörr som bildade en gemensam hall. Så faktiskt bättre än ett stort rum. Allting var bra förutom frukosten (och frukost värdinnan) som lämnade en del att önska. Minimalt utbud och endast baguett som bröd. Helt okej hotell, men inget extra.

Buona posizione vicino a molti ristoranti, alla metro e a piazza della Bastiglia. Colazione forse non molto varia ma sufficiente, cibo buono e in abbondanza. Personale cortese e abbastanza disponibile. Purtroppo devo segnalare che le foto del sito non corrispondono alla realtà. L'hotel è vecchio e avrebbe bisogno di essere sistemato. L'ascensore porta due persone ma se ci sono due valigie grandi ci entra una persona sola, inoltre lentissimo, si arrivava prima (dal nostro quinto piano) facendo le scale. La nostra camera era (dalla piantina esposta nella stanza) la più piccola della struttura ed era così stretta che non c'era lo spazio per sedersi alla scrivania perché la sedia era incastrata tra letto e ripiano e non c'era modo di spostarla. Il bagno microscopico e senza finestra e nemmeno una ventola. Per entrare nella doccia lo spazio era piccolissimo, ad ogni movimento si urtava qualcosa, un solo gancio per asciugamani e salviettoni grandi. Stanza molto calda e solo un ventilatore per arieggiare, per avere un po' di fresco si poteva aprire il balconcino (anche questo micro) ma poi entrava lo smog del traffico e quindi era ancora peggio. Credo sarebbe meglio che l'hotel non proponesse più questa stanza per soggiornare, non si possono costringere due persone a stare in un posto così scomodo e senza il minimo comfort, che comunque ci hanno "venduto" quando abbiamo acquistato, ingannati dalle immagini proposte.

Um hotel bem simples, mas que atendeu as necessidades. Pontos negativos: 1. banheiro extremamente pequeno de forma que uma pessoa obesa teria dificuldades em usá-lo. 2. Sem ar condicionado, apenas um ventilador, o que torna o ambiente bem quente no verão. Por outro lado, apesar de ser localizado distante dos pontos turisticos, há 2 estações de metrô à 500m do hotel (linha Gare Nation) que percorre os principais pontos turísticos. Além disso, conta com um staff bem cordial e prestativo.

地下鉄駅に近く、アクセスは良いです。 リフォームしてあまり時間がたっていないのか、内装はきれいでした。 初日、洗面所に何か食べ物が虫が落ちていたのか、無数の蟻がそれに群がっていて驚きましたが、それをティッシュでつまんで捨てたらそれ以降は1匹も蟻は出てきませんでした。 シャワールームが狭く、しゃがめない。アメニティは、シャンプーとボディソープが兼用でした。 エアコンはなく扇風機がありましたが、私の部屋の扇風機は故障していて使えませんでした。 寝られないほど暑くはなかったので、結局交換も申し出ませんでしたが。 パリの他のホテルはもっとずっと高額なので、料金も概ね納得です。 日本のホテルと比べてはいけません。 6人グループが同じフロアで泊まれたことだけでも良かったです。 スタッフはとても親切でした。 ロビーのespressoマシンは自由に使え、暑い日にモヒートのサービスもありました。
