Ideal for solo travellers. Metro is less than a minute away. Rooms are small but for this price you get a room with private bathroom along with very basic stuff.

Excellent location for visitors because all required amenities are very close by. All attractions are easy to commute from this location. Underground train few steps away. Staffs are terrible. In my 3 nights stay, my family members suffered because staff refused to turn on AC. After three times request, 3rd night AC was turned on finally. We slept one night quietly and happily. In the closet, there is no rod for hanging.

A good place to stay

I will agree with other reviews that the noise from the outside is a bit much, but not enough to interfere with my sleep. The neighborhood was fine. I had no issues at all and the market across the street was a great option instead of eating at a restaurant all the time. Having the Metro just across the street made sightseeing very easy. Check in/out was very easy and staff were very accommodating. Will definitely stay again when I go back to Paris.

Served the purpose & close to transport

Only little rooms so if travelling with extra person with bigger bags doesn’t leave much room to move around. Only thing they need to get on top of is the cockroachs in the room. Has a basic lift to each floor so definitely helped. Public transport was within 100m of the hotel but recommend buying a day ticket as we had few dramas with buying individual tickets as most times need 2 trains and if dont get through the exit gates within certain time your individual 1 expires

I didn’t stay at the hotel because the hotel is dirty, the room I was assigned looked dirty. The blankets, the pillows and the floor looked dirty. The manager was very impolite. The neighborhood is unsafe.

The fire and smoke alarm systems were hanging from the ceiling wrapped in plastic so would not work. There was heavy doors waiting to be installed, blocking the lift entrance. I did not stay there on the grounds that ot was not safe and would like a refund.

⸻ This hotel is fine if you just need somewhere to sleep and shower, especially with its convenient location near the Metro. It’s ideal if you’ll be out all day and aren’t looking for extras. On the surface, the room looked clean, but on closer inspection, there were neglected areas—dirt, chipped paint, and general wear. The toilet seat was broken when we arrived and wasn’t fixed despite reporting it. We checked in at 4:30pm—well after the 1pm check-in time—and only realised our room wasn’t ready when we got upstairs and found housekeeping still cleaning. No apology or update was given, and towels didn’t arrive until 2.5 hours after check-in. The check-in experience felt uncomfortable. Staff barely spoke, didn’t engage, and didn’t make us feel welcome. There was no warmth or hospitality—it felt like we were an inconvenience. There are no real amenities—no breakfast area, no lounge, no in-room tea or coffee. There’s a vending machine in the lobby, but even essentials came at an extra charge. Overall, if you need a basic, well-located place to crash, it’ll do. But if you’re expecting friendliness, comfort, or attention to detail, this probably isn’t the right choice. It’s a very functional, no-frills experience—just enough, and nothing more.
Upon arrival to the room the toilet seat was in pieces in the shower. I went down to reception to ask for this to be repaired and was told it would be fixed. It wasn’t the entirety of the stay

No Wi-Fi, rooms are very small, corridors are unorganised and small. Reception people are not cooperative. I cannot give more than one star. Reception person of day and night, both need to be improved a lot. Both the guys of receptions are least interested for customer service. Stay in this hotel if you don't have any other option.

Au début, je ne savais pas trop à quoi m’attendre en arrivant (l’hôtel est situé Porte de Clignancourt), mais l’accueil a été très agréable. Possibilité de se garer dans le souterrain (en supplément). L’hôtel dispose d’un ascenseur, la chambre est climatisée et le double vitrage a été fait récemment, du coup très précieux pour une bonne nuit. Globalement la chambre est propre et plutôt confortable

This is not a spot for everyone and definitely not for the average tourist. The area is an old area with a repurposed building, so it makes sense that the spaces are small. I had a quadruple room for four people. I expected to at least have room to put suicases. The beds were about a foot from the wall so there was nowhere to put luggage and walk in the room. The bathroom space was just big enough to turn around in. You can see where they added new tile and updated the bathroom. The location is close to Gare du Nord and a subway station. A plus was that they offer late check-in, especially since we got to the hotel about 10pm. The hotel staff was attentive. Really, if you are travelling lite through Paris and just need a place to sleep, it's fine for a night. I don't suggest a longer stay.

Para una corta estancia es perfecto, cuenta con habitaciones pequeñas, al menos la que nos asignaron, pero muy completas. Sábanas limpias, camas relativamente cómodas, lo único el baño que necesitaría alguna reforma. Es una estancia algo apretada, pero para una pareja o para pareja y un hijx bien. El personal muy amable y atento y la ubicación cercana a la subida de Montmartre, está muy cercano a un varios locales como Mcdonals o kfc, económicos para comer. Al llegar nos cobraron 7 euros menos de los que establecía la reservar.
