The owners were so helpful and welcoming and gave us lots of tips about travel. The accomodation did not disappoint, the air conditioning was extremely welcome and bed comfy and room was well equiped. Would highly reccomend.

Excellent experience

It’s a solid 3-star hotel with as expected tiny rooms. The service and staff are excellent and friendly. It is ideally close to the Theatre Malraux and walking distance to all the quaint shops and restaurants.

The hotel room was very nice and clean . The staff was amazing especially the man in the reception. He is very kind and friendly. If I travel again to Paris for sure i will stay again to this hotel.

Malmaisson is a beautiful place to stay, Clean, quiet, good transport links on the RER. 45 min to center of Paris. It may be to far out from the center of Paris for some people. Hotel functional but staff are so helpful and friendly.

Location in downtown Rueil-Malmaison is the big plus o this hotel. Unfortunately two cons: mattresses of bad quality gives low support causing back pain and internet with low speed and capacity makes you go to the lobby to work, I was able to access.

The location was good, and the hotel had a certain charm, but the decor was ghastly and very tired, lots of scrapes / dents etc. although it was clean, the marks/scrapes on the furniture made it feel as if it wasn’t. The air conditioning was BRILLIANT. Very quiet, and spot on. Not all hotels in the area have good air conditioning, so if this is a priority over decor, then would recommend. The reception isn’t manned at night and you are given a code to get in.

Did its job...

The hotel was ideal for our needs.. somewhere to stay for a couple nights whilst we went to a wedding. The rooms were very small and fairly clean but the bathroom needed some attention, mould around taps and tiles, broken plug hole, stained toilet. quiet area but we ate at some nice restaurants nearby. Can't comment on the breakfast as we didn't have any but it looked like there wasn't much on offer when we walked past. Perhaps there are some rooms that allow smoking as most evenings walking through the hall/stairs there was a strong smell of smoke.

Super séjour

Avec un ami, nous avons réservé 2 nuits à l'hôtel des Arts, et nous avons vraiment passé un très bon séjour. La literie était vraiment confortable, et le fait qu'il y est la clim dans les chambres, un vrai + avec ces chaleurs ! Nous n'avons pas pris le petit déjeuner à l'hôtel, mais rien que l'odeur le matin nous donnez l'eau à la bouche. Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésitation.
