Restaurant owner on the first floor helped me get checked in through the kiosk lobby after a reminder about the hotel access code was sent to me after I booked the room. Had a street view, basic room and bed. Nice hot shower, heat worked, chilly early November. Great location. Close to two gay saunas I wanted to check out. Had dinner at the pizza and pasta shop across the way, delicious! Super spot for solo travels, in the heart of the 2nd A.R.R. I'd book it again.

Rooms are larger than most Paris rooms. No elevator but a walk up narrow stairs. You will lug your luggage up and down. Shops and restaurants are close at hand. Transport is easy to find.

Not far from transport and a great kebab shop next door. We had the upstairs room. No lift so I’d say it’s a character builder. Everything worked as expected and the people running the place were nice as pie. Thanks

Good location! The check in steps didn't include where to check in but it is at the tipsy bar. We stayed on the 4th floor, the stairs were steep and uneven and the decor themes were very interesting. There was no kitchen amenities, which didn't really matter to us but worth noting! The bathroom is very small with a rickety toilet seat and a mirror that came off and hit my wife! Overall the place is okay for one night if you're in decent shape for stairs, would not recommend to a family or larger person.

Pour parler gentiment, ce sont des installations vétustes qui rappellent le charme du vieux Paris. Il vaut mieux considérer cet endroit comme une simple location de chambre plutôt que comme un hôtel. Il n'y a aucun personnel sur place et il est absolument impossible d'en joindre par téléphone ou par e-mail, si bien que le check-in et le check-out se font entièrement sans personne. Pendant mon séjour d'une semaine, la chambre n'a été nettoyée qu'une seule fois. Mais à cette occasion, ils ont emporté toutes les serviettes sans en remettre de nouvelles, ce qui m'a vraiment mise dans l'embarras. Le lavabo de la salle de bain est incroyablement étroit, et en plus, il fuit, ce qui inonde le sol. L'emplacement est excellent, donc si vous êtes pragmatique et que vous vous dites que c'est toujours mieux que de dormir à la belle étoile, cet endroit pourrait vous convenir.

There is a lot that I have to say about this hotel. While the staff are somewhat helpful, the bad definitely outweighs the good. 1. The roof cracked and leaked continuously for about two days. 2. We had to manually fix the toilet several times because it continuously ran after flushing and we were unable to flush it again. 3. The tables at the entrance of the hotel were pushed so close together that it was nearly impossible to leave the property at times. 4. There is no AC in the room. Could be a dealbreaker for you if you plan on travelling here in the summer. 5. The shower is absolutely not tall person friendly. Expect to hit your head and have an uncomfortable shower. 6. When asking for assistance during check in, the staff was not overly helpful at all. Overall, we were pretty disappointed with our stay here and tried to stay out of the hotel as much as we could.

Wonderful location. So much around to walk to easily and all types of food. The hotel itself isn’t the most accessible though, especially for those with bigger bodies, lots of luggage, or disabilities. The room itself was good but not the cleanest! The door and window locked so that was my one main requirement and they passed! Worth it for the price and I truly had no complaints during my stay:)

My experience at this property was very poor. In my opinion, it should not be classified as a hotel. It felt more like a short-term room rental than a hotel: there was no real reception, no visible staff, and no amenities. There was no one to receive guests until the bar next door opened, usually around 3:00 to 4:00 p.m., and that bar was described as the reception area. The check-in process was done through a machine that verified the reservation and dispensed a key. Regardless of the length of the stay, only two towels were provided. There was no housekeeping service and no linen service. The room was not clean and did not provide even the basic conveniences I would expect from a vacation rental, such as a minibar or a microwave. It was essentially just a bed and a television that did not work. The internet never worked during my stay. When traveling in a foreign country, stable internet is one of the most basic expectations. The most frustrating part was that there was no proper staff available to report the issue to. The people at the bar next door only said that the internet service was not very good. The room also smelled strongly of humidity. I booked this property because I was traveling with my mother and expected the basic comfort and support normally associated with a hotel stay. In addition, the lodging tax was charged upon arrival at the property. Given that this place did not provide the services or standards of a hotel, that charge felt unjustified.

Helt okej om man vill resa med budget och inte vill spendera så mycket tid på rummet. Täcke alla grundbehov men inte mer än så. Det finns fläckar och ej AC. Det ligger i till en bar som man ser på bilderna och "receptionen" låg i baren.

Uruselt! Det är inget hotell, falsk vaudeklaration Ingen service och ingen personal. Någon som svarade på några frågor jobbade på en bar granne med "hotellet". Servicepersonal noll. Några damer städade när folk lämnat rummet. Inget under vistelsen, bädda eller handduk t.ex. Rummet för två , 71 år o 13 år, minimalt. Inga avlastningsytor vare sig i rummet eller i badrummet. Ingen sänglampa eller nån liten hylla el.dyl. Dusch o toa delas med andra, utanför rummet. Dudchen ottoligt trång. Handfatet mini, glasögon fick inte plats t.ex. Golvhandduk samma under de 3 dygn vi +andra gäster var där. Livsfarliga trappor, ojämna o slitna som vi själva fick bära väskor i. Ingen servicetjänster öht. Ville ha hjälp beställa taxi, "Det gör du själv".var svaret från barkillen. Sämsta boendet i hela mitt liv, kommer inte rekommendera. Vill ha ersättning för frukost som utlovats i annonsen. Det fanns inte. Reklamation på der och pengar tillbaka. Kommer att gå vidare till konsumentverket. Hotels.com borde ha bättre koll o bättre info!

Ottima posizione Personale gentile Struttura fatiscente e sporca Camere piene di polvere sotto i letti Bagni fatiscenti Due solo adiugamsni e due soli cuscini per ogni camera Puzza di scarico fognario nelle camere Ventilazione e condizionamento non presente quindi camera invivibile con una finestra che da su in cortile chiuso di fatto un immondezaio senza alcuna Sicurezza quando aperta e quindi non apribile Colazione non ordinabile . Un disastro.

der zugang zu den zimmern im oberen stock ist sehr problematisch (enge treppe, schlechter belag). das zimmer (29) ist sehr okay - ruhig, kühl, sauber, praktisch - minimale einrichtung und dekor, aber absolut zufriedenstellend.
