Very convenient to the train station (although not a great area) made this quick weekend trip smooth travels for our family. The staff working was so pleasant and kind and offered early check in was was really appreciated! While I wouldn’t stay here if I was in the city longer or looking for a bit more luxury, it’s a good spot for an easy trip!

Great Hotel in a superb location for the Gard du Nord. Room was spotlessly clean with great amenities. Staff were friendly and professional. Couldn’t do enough to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We opted for the Breakfast which was superb. Good choice of food and plentiful. Overall we had a great stay and will definitely stay there again when we revisit Paris in the Summer.

We chose this location because it was a 2 minute walk directly across the road from Gare du Nord Station where we caught the Eurostar (Chunnel) train to London - no risk of traffic delays. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The buffet full hot breakfast was one of the best we have experienced in our travels. We used the Metro for sightseeing, even for the longer trip to Versailles. Connections from Gare du Nord Metro Station were excellent and convenient.

Ideal transport location, clean modern hotel.

We needed somewhere to stay close to the train station as we were coming back from the alps and then getting the Eurostar but we stayed 2 nights and had a day in Paris in between. Location was perfect for just that very short easy walk from station. It’s not the nicest areas but had lots of restaurants close by. The hotel itself was clean and friendly nice communal areas with games and books the room was a little small but was comfy and had good air con and the bathrooms were spacious well equipped and very clean. My only criticism was the price of breakfast and there was no cheaper rate for children they would not eat €17 of buffet so we didn’t have it there were a few options nearby the one directly opposite the train station was perfect and a lot cheaper but a shame as sometimes you need the convenience of a hotel one.

Well located property, close to transportation (Gare de l'Est and Gare du Nord). Our stay was enjoyable. Keep in mind that this area, close to 2 major train stations can be a bit borderline (people loitering and selling cigarettes on the stree) although we did not feel unsafe.
