Staff are so friendly and professional, it made our stay. The rooms were nicely decorated, in great condition and very clean. Housekeeping came twice a day but never intrusive. Great location!

Nice hotel in central Paris. Small but cozy hotel. Well decorated and maintained. Staffs are attentive and having service mind. Room is quite small but practical. Please note that if you use laptop, this small dressing table may not have enough space. Bathroom is spacious. Breakfast buffet is very delicious.

Excellent stay for our 30th wedding anniversary.

We were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary. The hotel is excellent, ideally placed just off the Champs Elysees just round the corner from the Arc de Triomphe and within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and made our stay very special.

We spent 3 weeks in Europe and Lancaster Hotel was by far one of the best ones. Everything from the service to the little details in our room were top notch. The staff was super helpful and kind. Organized our travel to and from the airport. Everything was super clean and loved the bed. So comfortable. Great location. Walked quite a bit and loved every minute of it. We will definitely be back.

Nice 5 star hotel in Champ Elysee. Location is superb and very close to Arc de Triump. Staffs are well trained and have great hospitality. Room is clean and spacious. Breakfast is superb, all bakery is freshly baked. Bar is well stocked with experience bartender. 4 nights in this hotel passes quickly. Very impressive hotel.

Home in Paris

It feels like home. I received a warm welcome since the moment I arrived. Everyone in the hotel is friendly and kind, always with a sincere smile when greeting hotel guests- they so call friends :) The room is well organized with a lovely terrace, the view is nice, bedding is very comfy. Must try their breakfast, it’s fresh and healthy, of course very Paris. I will definitely come back to Hotel Lancaster and recommend to all of my friends!

The room is beautiful as is the hotel itself. However housekeeping is lacking. Once I came back to a room that is half made up and The Maid is nowhere to be seen. The windows are open and there is magically an additional Dyson hair dryer in the room. Very disappointing service for such an expensive hotel
