Was a busy neighborhood and super close to Gare Du Nord and easy to get into the heart of Paris. Lots of amenities close by and I found it wasn’t as too busy with other tourists which was nice

The staffs are helpful, there was a mixed up about my booking, but it was resolved right away and gave my whole group a free breakfast as a compensation, Satisfied and happy for our stayed.

It was decent for a 2 star hotel - large room (by Parisian standards) and clean bedding/bathroom. My room was located next to the hallway and the lift though so it was very noisy throughout the stay. The hotel was full so I couldn't be moved. Otherwise I would recommend it for a place to stay that isn't so expensive compared to other places.

The staff at the hotel were great. The location was ok, but street in front was busy and noisy. There were ants in the room. The staff didn't seem to care. The breakfast area had caught a mouse on a sticky pad. Basically you get what you pay for!

This is a 2 star hotel in Paris. Rooms are basic and feel like a dorm room so don't expect artwork or luxury, but you have a private bathroom and nice and attentive staff. Walls are a bit thin and if you have a room facing the street you will hear a lot of noise. Fortunately it's a small hotel and didn't seem to encourage any partying so folks just used it for sleeping. Tons of great restaurants, especially lebanese, turkish, indian, carribean, bengalese. It's a vibrant area so if you're expecting quiet this isn't the area. Overall fine stay that suited my basic needs.

The hotel is quaint, clean, well located and very friendly. The breakfast is very good and good value for the area. The area itself is vibrant, fairy safe, and cosmopolitan. I loved my stay here and especially want to praise the receptionist Roxanna who was a delight to deal with - pleasant, courteous, helpful and always with a big smile; particularly warming after a very long and wearying flight!

Hello Traveler, My family and I recently stayed here. It's a "Poor" to "OK" property. IF you are traveling from the states, consider that the facilities are well maintained but do not expect any room comforts better than a Motel 6. It's clean enough to sleep, and the building is an old Paris building with all it's charms, however, it's not the place you rave about, it's not a place you can relax at. I know the hotel can't help it's neighborhood, however, when we arrived my family did not feel safe to walk about outdoors as opposed to other tourist areas near the Sen. If you are hunting for a sketchy neighborhood, and the least room amenities possible but a sleepable bed with poor pillows and just ok mattresses that feel like cardboard boxes... you found your gold. It's a short walk to the train station so moving around is great. we did not get a chance to try out the breakfast experience but the area looked clean, but your milage (kilometerage) may vary. Next time I will not trust the rating of 8.0 (Good) as I think this property deserves an overwhelmingly "Its OK, just a notch over poor"

The accomodation was simple, no air conditioning but a fan was provided. The room was clean and comfortable, well insulated from outside noise so we had 3 quiet nights sleep. Breakfast was continental, cereals, fresh bread and croissants, which were very tasty. Close to both the Gare de L'Est and a metro station, Gare du Nord only 15 minutes walk. The owners were very helpful and the lift worked well (6 floors). A well managed hotel.

This hotel is 100% fine. It is not roomy, there are no amenities to speak of. But it’s about a 20 min metro ride to everywhere in Paris. The Rue Faubourg Saint Denis behind the hotel is an amazing street with tons of bars and restaurants. The hotel is a couple blocks from Gare de l’Est and a block from the metro. The staff were nice and helpful. Would absolutely stay here again.

The room was really clean and serviced daily, the bed was comfy and quiet at night. At the bottom of the side road next to the hotel there was a road with lots of bars with a vibe and eating places and a monoprix. It was a 30min pleasant walk to the Louvre and close to the Gare du Nord so great all round.
