The facilities and amenities were minimal, but the room was clean and the hotel also had a lift. It was very close to the station and convenient for sightseeing. The receptionists at the front desk were also kind, so it was a comfortable stay.

AAA+ Phenix Hotel the best

The hotel room is small but doesn matter, the place in general is great, the clean service is amazing and kind, the front desk is awesome, the place is super close to a cafe, and the arch of triumph, the main street ave where all the great stores are, 25 minutes walking to eifel tower, you guys are going to have a super good time if you reserve here, no kidding, no joke, no propaganda,

I am not gonna lie, my first impression was not positive, however, once i visited the room and saw how clean it is, and after speaking to the friendly staff especially AKRAM who went above and beyond with his great customer service skills. He didn’t hesitste a moment to accomodate me with all requests I needed. Because of AKRAM, I will definitely be back. Thank you team Phenix hotel of making our stay memorable!

Another in the standard French two star hotels.

This is another perfectly good, two star hotel. They deliver exactly what they offer. They deliver it well my room is very small, that is what I expected. It’s a small two star hotel, which was purchased on price. The staff were excellent. The location is very nice.
