We felt ok with the room. It was quite expensive for the standard room and no amenities. We heard loud noises when other rooms opened or shut the door. However, the room was clean and has a big bathroom. Also, It was very convenient when taking the buses or trains and many restaurants or cafes.

We only booked this hotel as it was one of the cheapest and easiest on the area as we had arrived at Gare Du Nord quite late with children and only needed one night I wouldn't recommend it if you are looking for a fancy hotel or a long stay hotel. The floors were terribly dirty so I would recommend either wear shoes or slippers when walking. The lift was extremely small so we had to do separate lift journeys, although there are stairs it would have been hard with luggage, children and prams. The room was a little spacious and does have a TV and air con (although we didn't switch it on). The beds were quite comfy and plenty of pillows which was one of the positive thing. We wouldn't stay here again unless it is last resort. The concierge was nice as he spoke English albeit not the best but knew what we wanted etc. There were a lot of shops and restaurants outside given that it was right opposite Gare Du Nord.

The 24 hour desk staff was pleasant and helpful. The rooms were loud as the elevator was right next to our room so every time it was used, it could be heard. Other guests walking around at all hours on uncarpeted floors, slamming doors and just generally being loud at all hours hindered sleep. The location was originally perfect - right across from the train station. However the locals hanging around out front was unsettling. Breakfast was wondertaorh a great selection but we had to walk around the corner to get to it

Hotel located directly opposite Gard de Nord, Which is ideal for the Eurostar. Staff are friendly and very helpful. So many restaurants, shops, bars, and amenities within 5 minutes walk. Disneyland journey took around 50 minutes on the subway each way. Room was clean, and the bathroom was all good. Thanks for a great stay.

The room (when we could get in it) was clean and actually a very nice size room away from the noise of the front of the hotel. Bathroom was large and clean but soap dispenser for handwash and shower were not working. But we had plenty of towels and water was hot so room was good. There is air conditioning but we did not use. The Breakfast is in the next door hotel which is round the corner. It is a very small area with only one person doing breakfast so lots of used dishes on tables and a wait to get clean dishes and cups. The area is very small but the breakfast provided was adequate for what we expected so have no complaints about the food options and drinks. We had issue with the room entrance key so the staff were very frustrated by us and were not communicating with us. Plus the staff do not seem to relay messages to each other as every person we met on reception we had to explain the situation again

This hotel is in a great location for anybody arriving on Eurostar from London, it's just across the road from the station.The hotel and room are designed to make the maximum use of the space, clean, with room service every day. The shower was hot with good pressure and enough towels.The bed lovely and comfortable. There is a tiny lift which leads to a narrow corridor with the bedrooms. The bedroom doors do make a significant noise when they close which can be heard all along the corridor. The breakfast is in the New Hotel just around the corner. Not easily accessed as it in the basement, down steep stone stairs. The breakfast room itself is like a church crypt with arched stone ceilings and a full suit if armour to add to the vibe. The breakfast had a reasonable choice. In the next street is a Carrefour with a very good selection of every thing.
