Hotel Stanislas is a typical French hotel with that real French atmosphere. People were very kind.Nearby bus and metro very handy to discover the rest of the city.

Very nice hotel , friendly staff , very clean , a little tired like a lot of city hotels but you don’t spend a long time in the room , everything you need in a well appointed area , staff couldn’t do enough for you , could not recommend enough will definitely try to book again if available next time

Fabulous old world Parisien hotel

Run efficiently by Madame and Monsieur this wonderful, friendly hotel was perfect for us. I’d call it vintage Parisian from the pictures in the front lobby to the spiral staircase leading up to our cosy bedroom on the 3rd floor with its shutters and view of the street corner cafes, comfy bed and piping hot shower. Madame could not have been more friendly and helpful and Monsieur seemed to be ready no matter what time we went down for breakfast and was very accommodating in serving what we wanted. There are lots of cafes and restaurants in easy walking distance including the brilliant Chartiers, with all the charm of the time of Sartre and de Beauvoir. We would not stay anywhere else in Paris and are definitely returning.

This hotel is lovely very basic but clean and the beds were very comfy. Very central and safe neighbourhood near to shops / bars and restaurants. The staff were lovely would def go back. Very good price for central Paris

Hotel Stanislas was clean and the staff very friendly. The location on the Left Bank of Paris was perfect. The hotel needs a bit of sprucing up as it looks a bit old and because there is no elevator it was difficult carrying our bags up and down. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay very much.

This is a great little hotel for a night or two maximum but nothing else as the space is really tiny. The bathroom is very small and if you are a tall person you'll struggle. But other than that, it is very conveniently located and close to shops and restaurants. Good value for money.

Pleasant stay

The hotel is located next to Stanislas College, close to two metro stations. It looks more like traditional housing converted to hotel. There isn't any lift and the staircase is narrow and winding. Could be a challenge for those with heavy and bulky luggages. The reception is friendly, albeit speak little English. Bathroom door could be further improved. Overall a pleasant stay for the price.

Don't take your girlfriend

It's a nice location, but very minimal hotel with very awkward operating policies. No late check in, even though someone is there all night. No visitors after 8PM. You turn in and retrieve your key when you come and go. Front door is locked with a bar. There is no climate control. This hotel won't impress anyone, but it will be a memorable part of your stay!

Nice property but they had no elevator! This should be mentioned in their profile. Further, there was not only no air conditioning but there also wasnt even a window fan. It was stuffy in our room as a result. The tv was a bit old, I couldn’t cast to it from my Mac.. Minor things, but worth addressing I think.

Comfortable, basic stay

We have just returned from a lovely break in Paris and stayed at this hotel. It is a budget hotel so you get what you pay for… I’m more than happy with our stay and would return. Here is an honest review: Pros Price - good value for the price we paid for 2 nights in Paris. The staff are very friendly - considering we spoke different languages, their smiles and body language was really welcoming. The location is brilliant - really close to the Metro for easy travel to the sights and great shopping close by as well as restaurants. The Beds were very comfortable… we slept really well plus our room was a good size. Cons No lift - the building is quite old so understandably there was no lift but this is difficult when travelling with luggage and certainly if one of your party has mobility issues. You have to leave your key with reception when you go out… felt a bit odd as you could return and ask for any room number, there were no checks to make sure you were the person staying in the room. Toilet roll… one spare would be useful rather than having to go and source a roll once you have run out. Quite dated - a bit of paint could completely change the look of the hotel. Lots of potential. I would recommend for the price!

Chek in confuso, não sabiam que a reserva já estava totalmente paga, limpeza muito ruim, colchão terrível, não há elevadores, escada perigosíssima, principalmente para quem está com as malas! O único ponto positivo, seria a “boa” localização, uma caminhada de 15 minutos até a Estação de Montparnasso e do Jardim de Luxemburgo!
