Chek in confuso, não sabiam que a reserva já estava totalmente paga, limpeza muito ruim, colchão terrível, não há elevadores, escada perigosíssima, principalmente para quem está com as malas! O único ponto positivo, seria a “boa” localização, uma caminhada de 15 minutos até a Estação de Montparnasso e do Jardim de Luxemburgo!

Le prix d'appel est attractif, mais la taxe de séjour est un peu chère par rapport à d'autres hôtels. On peut avoir une bien meilleure prestation dans le quartier. La chambre n'est pas clean clean. La salle de bain est minuscule (chambre 20). Assonoristation...inexistante. En revanche, l'accueil du personnel a été agréable.

Fabulous old world Parisien hotel

Run efficiently by Madame and Monsieur this wonderful, friendly hotel was perfect for us. I’d call it vintage Parisian from the pictures in the front lobby to the spiral staircase leading up to our cosy bedroom on the 3rd floor with its shutters and view of the street corner cafes, comfy bed and piping hot shower. Madame could not have been more friendly and helpful and Monsieur seemed to be ready no matter what time we went down for breakfast and was very accommodating in serving what we wanted. There are lots of cafes and restaurants in easy walking distance including the brilliant Chartiers, with all the charm of the time of Sartre and de Beauvoir. We would not stay anywhere else in Paris and are definitely returning.

Nous étions à Paris pour 1 nuit, que nous avons passé dans cet hôtel. Étant avec des gros sac à dos nous avons décidé d’y aller en début d’après midi afin d’y déposer nos bagages. A ce moment nous avons appris que nous n’avions pas le droit de garder les clefs de notre chambre mais devions les rendre lorsque nous sortions (donc laissions l’accès à notre chambre avec nos affaires). Après insistance, nous avons pu les garder grâce à une gentille dame qui travaille également dans cet hôtel mais la négociation était mal parti si elle n’avait pas intervenue. Pour ce qui est du reste, la salle de bain n’était pas très propre, les toilettes fuyaient, et la salle de bain/wc était tellement petit que nous ne pouvions fermé la porte une fois assis sur les wc. Pour ce qui est de l’hôtel en général la déco et les meubles sont un peu vieillots mais rien de dérangeant pour juste dormir. Nous avons également eu la surprise se trouver une pomme de terre germé sous notre lit…

Bon point de chute pour un passage à Paris

Hôtel très bien placé, dans une rue calme mais à deux pas du Boulevard de Montparnasse et donc proche de la gare. L’équipe de l’hôtel est très agréable, serviable et chaleureuse. L’établissement est dans son jus, beaucoup de moquettes, donc attention aux allergiques.

Nice property but they had no elevator! This should be mentioned in their profile. Further, there was not only no air conditioning but there also wasnt even a window fan. It was stuffy in our room as a result. The tv was a bit old, I couldn’t cast to it from my Mac.. Minor things, but worth addressing I think.

It's a nice location, but very minimal hotel with very awkward operating policies. No late check in, even though someone is there all night. No visitors after 8PM. You turn in and retrieve your key when you come and go. Front door is locked with a bar. There is no climate control. This hotel won't impress anyone, but it will be a memorable part of your stay!
