"What a beautiful, spacious hotel. There were dining options and a coffee shop on site. We enjoyed the buffet at the restaurant but many were lined for the pizza and Italian place. Game area was nice. Especially convenient to catch shuttle to the airport. Chris, who checked us in was very friendly, and welcoming. Offered suggestions on eating, timing for arrival at airport for flight, and upgraded our rooms! Reminded us he’d be there until 10 if we had any more questions. Beds were comfy and EVERYTHING was nice and clean and fresh. Would definitely recommend!!"

"Everything was great about this property. Close to all transportations, a lot of supermarkets and restaurants around plus stores in general, without the touristy noise of other places. There was a water fountain at the floors so you could refill your bottles at anytime with cold, regular or sparkling water! The AC worked great considering the Paris heat at the time we were there, plus the absence of AC at the majority of the places. We will definitely stay there again when we come back to Paris!"

"Most of the staff was very friendly. We had 1 server who was dismissive and rude. Bar/food area closed at 11pm and no alternative way in the hotel to get drinks alcoholic or nonalcoholic or snacks. We had to walk to the outside bar to order drinks as there was no inside bar tender or outside server on any of the days we were there. No on-site laundry self service as advertised. Only very expensive laundering service. No airport shuttle/taxi service offered though it was advertised. I would consider staying here again though now that I have found the laundromat, convenience store and gotten to know the area."
