Just barely okay for one night

Okay for a one night stay before flying home, but just barely. The room desperately needed a deep clean. The coffee maker’s water tank was disgusting. The elevators would bounce a little and jerk before opening. Kind and helpful staff.

Be careful if you stay there

Hotel itself was nice. Reception personnel was rude and they misguided us on the shuttle to the airport. I clearly asked if it went direct to airport or made stops and they said direct. But it stopped several times drop off was not at airport but at train station which was quite a walk to airport and this made us lose 30 minutes of valuable time.

Underwhelmed.

Arriving after midnight, we selected this one due to proximity to CDG and a free shuttle. After committing with a non refundable payment we learned the shuttle didn’t run that late. That should have been indicated! We were left to wait in the taxi line for at least 90 minutes to travel a few kilometers and arrived about 2am. We also learned that our shuttle in the morning back to the airport carried a fee. Again clearer communication would have made it feel less like a bait and switch. Our primary interaction with the front desk was the request to prepay the city tax. Perfect!

Drab and old

I was completely underwhelmed. For a hotel with such high ratings, I was surprised how old and bare the room was. There was a dirty smudge on the mostly bare walls. There were no USB outlets for charging devices. Bathroom tile and carpet were very dated. There was no coffee maker in the room and very little furniture. There were a couple bags of herbal tea and kettle. A small window overlooking the roof of the building gave the non-existant atmosphere nothing to add to. There was nothing in the way of amenties. Soap dispenser in the shower and by the sink but no shampoo or any other toiletry items. Surprisingly, for an airport hotel, there was no complimentary airport shuttle. For 5 euro, I paid for a shuttle ride to the airport, but would only make one terminal stop. I took another 20 minutes for me to get to my terminal.

Hôtel à la décoration vétuste, moquette sale, ambiance sinistre. Mais surtout qualité phonique déplorable. La nuit n'était pas chère mais déjà trop pour la qualité de l'établissement.

Jamais plus dans les hotels Mercure de Roissy CDG

Une arnaque et une confusion visiblement entretenue entre le Mercure accessible gratuitement de l'aéroport de Roissy par train automatique et où je pensais avoir réservé et celui là où on m'a orienté dans un second temps en me forcant a payer 23€ d'un VTC sûrement complice et heureux l'aubaine (il m'a avoir que j'etais le 4eme client de la journée qu'il avait transporté d'un Mercure a l'autre) ! Sans compter la navette vers l'aeroport le matin qui vous coute 5€ pour aller prendre votre avion...(c'est gratuit de l'autre mercure...) De plus la chambre n'etait meme pas équipée de prise en tete de lit pour rechercher son portable pendant la nuit...Evier bouché et meme pas un frigo pour refroidir son eau. Au prix de la chambre c'est clairement sous equipé... On comprends que Accor joue sur l'ambiguïté de localisation de ce Mercure faussement aéroportuaire avec l'autre Mercure joignable gratuitement lui, pour remplir cet établissement vieillissant.

Établissement calme. Très bon petit déjeuner. Très chaud dans la chambre à notre arrivée - thermostat sur 25 degrés. Pas d’eau dans la chambre mais carafe à récupérer dans le hall. La chasse d’eau ne fonctionnait pas - il faut appuyer très fort sur le bouton nous à t’on dit à la réception . C’est pourtant ce qu’on faisait mais pas moyen….

Stanze non nuovissime, ma ben tenute, pulite e spaziose. Nella prima camera che mi hanno assegnato nel bagno c’era una curiosa vasca con doccia con il vetro che pero’ ripara la parte dove non serve. Alla mia richiesta le ragazze della reception sono state gentilissime e mi hanno subito cambiato stanza dove la doccia era “normale”. Ristorante con parecchia varietà di scelta e prezzi normali. Personale disponibile e molto cortese! A due passi dal centro di Roissy e 15-20 min a piedi dal C.C. aeroville

Upon getting to our room, I realized right away it wasn’t what I’d booked and that the AC was out of order. Immediately went to speak to the front desk where agents weren’t very friendly. No one came to look at the AC, though a fan was offered and I was rebuffed when I asked for a double bed rather than 2 twins crammed together since that was what I’d paid for and what was stated on my reservation. Later, when going to the restaurant for dinner, the service was unfriendly. They were having an IT issue in the kitchen. Understandably, they were functioning as best they could but our order took a very long time and our appetizer never arrived. It was removed from the bill thankfully
