Nice hotel, but could do with larger breakfast.

Novotel Paris is located right next to a metro-station, witch makes it very conveniant for exploring the city. The hotel itself is nice, with a friendly staff. Only downside is a rather small choice of breakfast.

Good place in bellevilee to stay. Well located and comfortable beds. The only thing i did not like was the sausages in the breakfast. They tasted rancid. I think they were many times reheated

I recently stayed at a hotel and absolutely loved it. The rooms were spacious and clean. The bathroom section was particularly impressive, with a beautifully designed shower area. The amenities included delightful Rituals products, and there was a large, beautiful TV. Overall, a fantastic experience!

Family of 4 over here, 6-day stay. We had a great, comfortable stay. The hotel is quiet, clean, modern and right across from the metro station (Couronnes). There are plenty of small restaurants to eat around, we even found a chinese/thai food that we loved. The bed was super comfortable. The hotel had everything we needed, water fountains with cold water in every floor (bring refillable water bottles), you can even rent an umbrella for 2 euros in the lobby. They let us check in a little bit early for free, we appreciated that. Also when we had a problem with electricity going out in the room, it was fixed within 10 minutes. Really good hotel, we were very happy to have chosen this hotel. Will stay here again.

The staff was friendly and the gym was a personal favorite. However my experience in the room was not the best. Had to call reception multiple times to ask them to turn the AC on which is annoying considering that it was a very warm room. Also the bathroom sink was leaking all over the bathroom couldn’t use to brush my teeth.

The convenient of unlimited of safe drinking water and the daily cleaning of room services were appreciated. The room climatization was totally inefficient and on any civilized world the thermostat expected to work properly unless if the system was broken. I requested an iron for my sister on multiple occasions with no result until I talked to a Manager days later ,the matter was quickly resolved. Some staff reeducation may need to be refreshed. Other than that all is well
