The best location in Paris affording access to cafes, restaurants, shopping and tourist sites within walking distance. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially when my husband came down with a respiratory infection that was spreading in the city. They recommended an Urgent Care site that far exceeded comparable care we had at home. The rooms can be rather small, which is common, so book a deluxe room if possible. Lovely place to call home while on vacation.

Room was very small - very expensive for that size. The bathroom was renovated and very nice the room itself was old and in need of a refresh. Bed was aloft and felt older as well. It all felt very tired. Breakfast was disappointing- very little selection and basic. Staff were all very pleasant and accommodating.

Air conditioning was great; despite extreme heat warnings we were very comfortable. The staff were always friendly and helpful. We were able to drop off our luggage hours before checking in, the staff even indicated a washroom as we had just arrived from the airport. Overall a wonderful stay. Just the greatest Paris Hotel in a great area.
