The food for all meals was very good . Cleanliness of hotel great - the lobby, bathrooms , the room . Great location to explore Paris. It is an older hotel ( 1925?) so the rooms were smaller - we had a balcony which helped the feel of being open . Mattress, pillows, linens great . The room temp would only go down to 19 celsius in the thermostat . not sure it reached that and with the thickness of the comforter seemed a little warm in late May. They had construction in the room above us one day , but made it right with a food service credit

A gem in the 8th arr.

Rarely do you find a hotel that "checks all the boxes" for excellence as does this fine hotel. From the moment of check in to check out, this hotel is a real gem. The staff is top notch, the furnishings and the rooms are excellent. We loved our balcony room especially.

We arrived to check in at 3pm when we were told our room would be ready. We were told a Marriott member had our room on a “late checkout” until four pm and they would buy us a drink. Our room was not ready until 6pm. There were piles of garbage in front of the hotel and garbage under our bed when permitted to finally enter our room.

Unfortunately, our check in process was terrible. We had traveled all day and did not expect our rooms to be ready when we got there at noon so booked a tour and came back around 4:30pm. When we came at noon the person at the front desk told us she didn't know when our rooms would be ready because the family in them had a late check out. We did not need to be in the rooms until 4:30 so we didn't worry about it. when we returned at 4:30 the rooms were still not ready and we were told there was nothing they could do, the rooms just weren't ready. This is a 5 star hotel which charges 5 star hotel prices... check in is at 3pm. The staff was rude and unhelpful. We have stayed at numerous luxury hotels and have never had such a terrible experience. Not only were the staff unhelpful but the service for breakfast was equally bad. Cream for the coffee never came, the orders were not taken properly and we were overcharged both mornings. Overall we were very disappointed in our stay. The only very friendly staff was the doorman.

Viejo, sin amenidades, mal servicio con niños y un elevador inseguro; no merece 5 estrellas. Lo único bueno es la ubicación.

가성비좋은 럭셔리호텔

일단 개선문이 도보 5분도 안되는 거리에 있어 훌륭한 위치입니다. 직원들도 세련되었고 특히 큰 발코니가 있는 방으로 업그레이드받아 밤에도 샹제리제거리 야경을 즐길 수 있어 행복했습니다. 다만 아침식사는 뷔페식+주문하는 형식인데 사람이 너무 많아 서버들이 정신없어 보였고 주문한 메뉴가 너무 늦게 나왔습니다. 아침식사 빼고는 전체적으로 만족한 호텔입니다
