The location alone is enough for this to be a wonderful stay… however: the stunning rooms, updated amenities, breakfast service and friendly team taking care of the guests make it exceptional. 호스트분이 굉장히 굉장히 친절하세요! 체크인 때부터 에너지가 엄청 좋으셨고 방을 소개해주실 때도, 조식에 대해 설명해주실 때도 정말 친절하셨어요! 조식준비를 위해 알러지가 있는지까지 물어봐줘서 세심하고 투숙객들을 엄청나게 배려하는 숙소라고 느꼈어요! 숙소가 있는 건물엔 엘리베이터가 있어 짐이 많은 저희에게 편했습니다! 공용거실엔 있는 작은 냉장고에 물과 음료 등이 준비되어 있어 바깥에서 물을 살 필요없이 외출 전에 챙겨갈 수 있었어요! 빵이나 커피를 공용거실에 늘 두고 있어 밤에 출출할 땐 간단히 먹을 수 있었슴다! 방은 햇살이 정말 잘 들어오고 깔끔했어요 침구도 푹신했고 깨끗했습니다! 욕실도 넓고 샤워부스도 넓어서 씻기 편했어요 가까이에 햄버거집도 있고 밤 10시까지하는 마트도 있어서 먹거리 사기에도 괜찮았슴다!에필탑이랑도 걸어갈 수 있을만큼 가까워서 밤에 잠깐 들렸다가 올 수 있어요! 조식 진짜 맛있었습니다! 조식을 호스트분이 직접 준비해주시는데 따뜻한 커피에 빵, 착즙주스, 햄, 지츠, 잼 등 호텔 저리가라할 정도로 푸짐하게 준비해주셨어요! 이틀 묵었는데 체크아웃날 일찍 나가서 하루밖에 못먹은게 아쉬운 조식이었어요ㅠ 에펠탑을 밤에 가까이서 보고 싶은 분! 직접 차려주는 조식 드시고 싶은 분! 햇살 가득한 파리 방을 경험하고 싶은 분! 따뜻한 호스트와 함께하고 싶으신 분! 모두에게 추천합니다^ㅁ^

We also appreciated the eco-conscious touches throughout the property, which made our stay feel even more thoughtful and responsible. In short, this was one of the best accommodations we’ve experienced in Paris. Lovely small family run B&B. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and appreciated the complimentary soft drinks available in the hot weather. We had one small issue with a dripping air con unit but that was fixed a couple of days into our stay. Perfectly located within 10 mins walk of Eiffel Tower and lots of places to eat. This was such a cute French style Airbnb but with a bonus! Breakfast was included and the hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming! Honestly, don’t think about it! Just book this place, perfect for long and short stays. I stayed six nights with my family of four this June; six wonderful breakfasts and the service is amazing from checking-in to checking-out. The tower is at a walkable distance, about 10 minutes. Great location and great price. The bedrooms were cleaned every day. I loved that you can open the windows and just feel the fresh air. A/C and heater on all rooms. Just do it ! You won’t regret it! The building is beautiful with all those sculptures details inside and out. Thank you management and the owner for a great truly French experience !!!

What a wonderful location! Out the door to the left & you're a block and a half from the Eiffel Tower, plusthere are a few cafes & food stands on your way. Around the corner to the right gives you more great food options. Or grab a croissant and cheese (all within a minute walk) and have a picnic on the ground of the Eiffel Tower! At the river, in front of the Tower is the BatobusHop-On/Hop-Off your service on the Seine making it simple to get to The Louvre, Notre Dame, etc The room we had was so much better than we expected. We booked 2 beds & got 2 bedrooms home by a bath! The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were fairly spacious. The breakfast were simply delicious - eggs made to order, cheese & meat selection with salmon, amazing breads, juices, coffee & fruit. It's a little hard to find the for the first time - it's the one closest to the corner. Be certain to check your confirmation email for the code to get in. We had a short wait due to some phone issues (the owner - who is wonderfully responsive - was out of town) but it want very long. Check in was simple, welcoming, and full of offers to help with recommendations in the area. We will be back next time we're in Paris!

Exceptional stay and friendly family

We had an exceptional stay and were very pleased with the bed and breakfast. The location and room were perfect. There is a small elevator to access the location on the 2nd floor, or you can take the stairs. The private en suite bathroom had a blow dryer and all the soaps needed for a comfortable shower, the bed was very comfortable , the property was very clean and room service was provided daily. They offered breakfast each morning, eggs, pastries, coffee, tea, water and juice as well as delicious jams in the common area. The location is fantastic - just a short walk to the Eiffel Tower, which will captivate your heart. The whole family were very sweet and accommodating and eager to ensure our stay was beyond pleasant. You will not be disappointed booking with them.

사장님과 사장님 가족분들이 어마어마하게 친절하세요. 공용공간의 인테리어적인 미감이 파리에 온 느낌을 확실하게 느끼게 해요. 조식도 정말 좋고, 짐보관 할 때에도 친절함이 끝이 없습니다. 유일한 단점이라면 제가 묵은 방만 그런지는 몰라도 방의 조명이 좀 어두워서, 화장은 꼭 화장실에서만 해야합니다. 그렇지만 다른 장점이 너무 뛰어나서 저정도는 얼마든지 참을 수 있어요. 너무 최고예요!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Oliver was the consummate host. He provided helpful suggestions for dinner, shopping and site seeing and ensured that our stay was as comfortable as possible. The location is outstanding; the Eiffel Tower, french cuisine dining, and boulangeries and fromage shops are all within walking distance. Our room was spacious, the private bathroom was modern and updated. A continental breakfast (with a cholce of eggs cooked to order) was provided each day in the home's dining room. Water, tea, coffee and snacks were available throughout the day and evening. We would stay there again and recommend it highly based on our wonderful experience.
