Mon séjour ne s'est pas réalisé pour faute de maladie. J'ai applelé l'hotel afin qu'il libère la chambre si il avait d'autres demandes. Il m'a indiqué qu'il ne pouvait pas me rembourser ou faire un avoir (j'y descend régulièrement) car ma réservation a été faite sur internet. J'ai contacté le prestataire internet qui a essayé de négocier avec l'hotel. Ce dernier s'est est tenu a sa propre police d'assurance. Procédure administrative, procédure appliquée et procédure en aucun cas arrangeante pour des clients réguliers passant par internet.

il manque juste la clim dans les chambres ... et l'accueil dans le hall est plutôt "froid" (alors qu'au petit déjeuner, c'était très sympathique). Pour le reste, tout était parfait

Établissement bien placé que nous apprécions avec mon fils. Par contre, sans contrôle nous aurions payés le double de la taxe journalière réglementaire ; de plus nous avions à l’arrivée ; plus de savons/schampoing et uniquement un rouleau entame de PQ. L’accueil à été néanmoins chaleureux

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, personnel très agreable, souriant et accomodant, rien à dire ! L'appartement est tres bien et la kitchenette tres pratique. On est a côté du rer, mais on ne l'entend pas les fenêtres fermées. Merci beaucoup ! :)
