Located on the 1st floor (with lift), it comprises a lovely 15 m² living room with fitted kitchen, a nice bedroom and a bathroom. Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises :
- A 15 m² living room with dining area
- A fully-equipped, open-plan kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- A bedroom with a double bed (140x190) and a mezzanine sleeping area with a double bed (140x190)
- A bathroom with bath and WC

The flat is ideally located in Paris, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Sights: the Eiffel Tower, Notre-Dame de Paris cathedral, Ile de la Cité, the Marais, Arc de Triomphe, Montmartre...
- Sporting activities: A wide range of parks and activities are available, including cycling, boat trips, indoor climbing walls, walks along the green corridor (Viaduc des arts)...
- Cultural visits: the Louvre, the Opéra Garnier, the Musée d'Orsay, the Musée des Arts Forains (by appointment) and Bercy Village in Bercy, the New Morning concert hall, etc.

Not as advertised

The instructions were translated from French to English very poorly and they were completely wrong. If it weren't for a helpful french person walking into the building I would never have been able to gain access to the building. Once I was in I quickly realized the room was very unsafe. There were windows that couldn't be fully locked that lead onto a roof that multiple other apartments in the building had access to. The bed was also terrible and I could not have slept there for one night. I was supposed to stay there for the whole week. Instead I immediately left and booked at a local hotel. I am hoping I can get some sort of refund because it was a terrible experience and I didn't even stay there.
