⚠️ Important information, please read before booking:
* The studio is on the ground floor of a building without an elevator, but to reach it you need to go through several coded doors and go up and then down stairs. The route is explained in detail, with photos, but it is inconvenient with heavy luggage or when arriving late, and it is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations.

On the plus side, you will be in a quiet residential area of the 12th arrondissement, 150 m from Dugommier metro station, in a 25 m² (269 sq ft) studio overlooking a green inner courtyard, with a washing machine and a Nespresso machine.

The studio is entirely at your disposal, you have access to the whole studio.

Arrival is autonomous thanks to a 24/7 arrival guide.

However, if you arrive after 11 p.m., it is crucial that you read and carefully follow the self-guided arrival guide provided. This will ensure trouble-free access to the property and avoid any inconvenience during check-in. Please note that after 11pm, we will not be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary. We cannot be held responsible for any misunderstanding on the part of the guide.
