Was fine overall for a night. Rooms a bit scuffed up from people’s luggage. I asked for ice as my son hurt his knee and they said they would send some to our room, but it never came. Tons of construction outside the main entrance.

Good modern hotel

Hotel is very well maintained, modern and clean. As with most Parisian hotels, rooms are fairly small but not uncomfortably so. Location is also convenient, close to metro and lots of restaurants and cafes.

Nice hotel, never mind the ambulances

We had a very pleasant stay at Voco. Nice room, very comfortable beds, lovely bath with good shower and tub. Also excellent WiFi — and the hot chocolate in the lobby was a nice touch! The downsides are few. Breakfast at 19 euros is excessive, but you can get the continental AND a Parisian experience at 7-9 euros at cafes close by, so that’s no problem. What may be worse, much depending on your personality, are the ambulances howling by at all hours because of the nearby hospital. We got used to it after the first night.

Nice hotel, friendly staff

Nice hotel with good location. Easy to take as Metro line outside hotel. Breakfast is good, small but good quality which is more important than a wide selection of low quality food. Cosy bar and small nice decorated lobby area. Small rooms and bed nr. 3 is not good enough. Pain in my hip and back after some nights. Room have what is expected, nice bed, coffee, water and to with possibility to stream from phone. I would recommend this hotel for business and pleasure.

Location is it’s best quality

Family vacation, location is great- metro right outside the front door. Breakfast was good. Hotel looks like it’s going through some renovations. If you like an AC that actually cools this did not happen for us, luckily the window opened and helped to cool the room. “Refrigerator” is actually just a cooler and not great. Front desk were mostly nice and accommodating. Room for 3 people is really small.

The hotel was ok. The outside area needed to be cleaned up. Our room needed a few things fixed. The coffee pot leaked really bad. The magnifying mirror needed a battery and the window was the AC unit. All of these items were never addressed. Even after we told them everyday.

Typically, I enjoy staying at the Voco Hotel; however, when I showed up to my reservation and was told it was cancelled because Expedia did not credit card information and I was stuck trying to find a new hotel, during a heat wave, on the busiest week of the year, I was not so thrilled. Lesson learned, NEVER make hotel reservations through Expedia.

We had booked this hotel after reading many great reviews on the breakfast and the rooms. We landed at 2 am and when we got there our rooms were not ready. We had to wait for an hour or so for check in. The rooms have this stale stench and the bathroom is moldy and the shower leaks. RUDE staff and breakfast was a waste of money. Food was never refilled and we often went hungry at breakfast with little to no options available. Lou was the only helpful person in management.

I went to my room and noticed that air conditioner was not working ,when I asked for help,the young inexperienced lady in reception told me that I had to wait until morning cause they didn’t have any room available.I got so frustrated because after a long trip I needed a calm cool place to sleep,after discussing for a long time with another guy and asked to talk to the manager ,they ended up giving me another room and a free breakfast which was so good,if they welcomed me in a better way ,I would give five star to this hotel.
