Customer service was good. Check in easy and quick. I booked with Expedia and had no problems. Room was European style, bed (double) was comfortable but not much room to move around room. The bathroom was wide and windows for natural light and fresh air. Breakfast was basic but perfect to start your day exploring. Everything was fresh and coffee was great. Juices were fresh squeezed all natural. Will definently stsy here again.

They supplied everything we needed for our stay so our stay was stress free! We enjoyed this place a lot. It was perfect for our family with a teen(he loved having his own space)! The host even recommended some restaurants near by, that we loved. The place was an easy walk to all the tourist attractions! We highly recommend this place!

The property was very nice.
Only thing to consider is distance to center of Paris. By train/bus 30-45 minutes with multiple changes. By uber and taxi over an hour, no matter what time of day.

A very nice place. Next to a mall area that is family friendly. A few nearby resturants and food stores otherwise seems to be mostly apartment residential. An Uber to the Effiel tower on a Sunday late morning was 29 euro.

We have stayed several times before and the place never disappoints. Nice rooms nice property and great staff. About a 20 minute walk from the metro station pass a couple of bars and bakeries and you're home. Great place.

The location was convenient to Disneyland Paris because it was located close to the train station. We also took the train station to Paris and visited the Eiffel Tower and other locations. The reception of very helpful to guide us to where we needed to go.

Lovely place to stay pretty close to CDG Airport. We had to leave for the airport at 4:30 am. The hotel arranged for a taxi for us. It was there waiting for us when we checked out. It was about 30 euros for the taxi to the airport for 3 of us.

Just outside central Paris. Walking distance to two metro stations. Felt safe, area was clean and plenty of cafes, restaurants and grocery stores nearby.

Hotel was perfect for a stay for Disney or the city. Located across the street from the A train and bus depot, you can get anywhere from here. The staff was very friendly, room was clean and stocked. The hotel food was delicious and they have a bar in the lobby. Perfect hotel. The area around the hotel was mostly the transportation depot, there are limited option nearby for food or shopping. I did not have a car, so not sure about parking. Unsure if there was a pool. But easy to get to from both...

Great service, very nice room, excellent shower, and within walking distance to our meeting location.
Only wish they had wash cloths. I asked and they said they are not a 3 star hotel, so they don't
