"I have stayed in several amazing hotels over the years in various countries and this resort has really outdone themselves in surpassing expectations! I am nostalgic about the hospitality of the hotel staff and truly miss the feeling of being well taken care of upon my return. Rooms are very clean and modern. They are extremely responsive to any requests made - big or small. I was hardly left ever waiting. The breakfast boxes they kindly delivered to my room at 3 AM on the morning of my sunrise excursions were amazing for the trip. The general breakfast selection during the buffet was great. Everything from laundry, spa, room service, snack bar refresh, regularly requesting mineral water was well executed. I found staff taking note of our specific needs and adjusting accordingly! They provided me with but repellent for my day across Bali and helped organize drivers for very specific ventures. Thank you for the amazing hospitality Anvaya."

"I stayed at Hard rock with my family of 5. We had an absolutely amazing stay. From the time you get out of the car to enter to the time you leave, the staff make the stay fantastic! They are the most friendliest, warm and polite group of staff I have ever come across and it was completely consistent. They were ready to help any way possible and always had a smile on their face. The facilities at the hotel are superb and the pool is the absolute highlight! It is huge, the temperature is perfect, there are so many different sections and the cabanas are brilliant. The breakfast is varied and the halal options are amazing. The room size is perfect and very clean. The rooms have everything you will need and the entertainment around the hotel is exceptional. They have a great selection of activities, events and entertainment which is detailed on the TV for when you arrive. The special touch of the staff addressing you personally when you call reception makes you feel like they care so well done for that. My family and I loved our stay and wish we could have stayed longer. The location is fantastic! Next time I am looking for a hotel in any part of the world, the Hard Rock will be my fist choice. "Had a pleasant stay in the resort. From start to end it was no frills. However, for the shower areas. Good to put non slip strips as the tiles tend to get slippery over time despite washing it to remove soap scum"

"At check-in we were given a room with a temperature of 24.5C… so so hot that it was impossible to stay in it. They sent maintenance who had to replace a filter. They transferred us to a suite in the main level with a very strong mold smell; my husband said it smelled like sewage inside the room. After this, they finally found a room that had running AC without a smell. The mold stains were visible in the hallway ceiling and walls which was quite alarming. We saw a staff trying to disguise them with a coat of paint. There was no AC in the common shared areas of the hotel; it was very hot and humid. The facilities maintenance was a total disappointment, but the staff was very nice and professional. "

"Loved this hotel, the staff are amazing, nothing is too much trouble the rooms are clean and provide the little things you sometimes forget like tooth brushes, razors etc. The breakfast is great loads of choice, fresh and replenished regularly, the pool is lovely and clean lots of sun beds which are well main and beach towels which is a great touch. The hotel is central to amenities and close to the airport. I would 100% recommend and we’ll definitely be back "

"My husband and I loved our room. It was clean and reasonably sized. The shower was very large and fully enclosed hence no water all over the floor when you’ve finished, which is usually the case in a lot of Bali hotels! So nice to step out onto a dry floor! The breakfast was yummy, lots of choice and fresh, well presented food! Staff were so polite and friendly and very accommodating! Air conditioning worked well! The pool is well maintained and very relaxing. Located in a good area, close to lots of shops and amenities. Very close to airport. Saves long journeys to and from the airport. Our only complaint was it’s located next door to a large church. We could hear a mixture of singing & voices talking which was extremely loud due to being broadcast over a loud speaker! This happened the day we arrived and went on for about 4-5 hours non stop and on the Thursday before Easter it went from lunchtime till 11.45 pm, approx 12 hours!! It’s not the hotels fault but unfortunately it was hard to escape it. We closed our doors to the balcony but we could still hear it. We would stay there again but not on Sundays or whenever there are religious sermons happening! "
