"The hotel was spacious, and clean. If you want to be away from central Amsterdam this is a great location for you. The Amstel metro station is about a 10 min walk away and then a quick metro ride takes you to all the action. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and the restaurant was good too, just does not stay open past 8 pm."

"This hotel is chock full of young responsible people who work here, use the facility for work space and meetings. The restaurant breakfast was great. Healthy voices were provided everyday. The hotel offers free laundry. It has a gym. The location is about 1.5 to 3.km from main attraction but you can find the metro a couple of steps from the hotel. Uber can be costly 11- to 28 euros per trip."

"This hotel is in a lovely location, overlooking a beautiful park. We liked it as it wasn’t in central Amsterdam so felt a bit quieter. We had dinner in the restaurant which was excellent. The staff were very helpful. There was a large wedding on the Saturday, but you could not hear it from the room which was great! The room was lovely, clean and modern. The lounge area mezzanine was a particularly highlight."

"Truthfully was a little dissappinted, promised alot when i booked with parking (the reason we booked the hotel) etc but didn't deliver. Dont get me wrong the rooms were lovely which we couldnt fault but the way we were greeted from arrival was someone what disappointing, we were here for 5 days (4 nights) we didnt have hot water one day due to renovation work (i assume) being completed on the same floor. Requested reception on leaving that day to rectify and when we returned that evening they assumed it had been done. Fortunately it had but no one had reported back to reception that it had been rectified so we have to find out for ourselves by turning it on. On refelection after a few days of being back and having a think about it would we come back, probably yes but for a higher end hotel we expected more for the money we paid for the accommodation. Sorry to sound negative but all in all could of been so much better..Although not the hotels fault but there are major roadworks going on outside at present and they were operating heavy machinery all ours if the night ehich did keep us awake at various points during our stay."
