"This property was highly rated is why I opted to spend more for this location than others in the area. That was not the experience. Only vending machine had 4 waters, 2 lemonades and was unplugged after the desk clerk directed me there and said yes they had drinks. Checked under mattress for bed bugs. There was numerous hairs and what looked like could have been dead bugs, nothing crawling. We were put in a room at the end of the hall that had construction right outside the door. I only stayed 45 minutes and went back to the hospital to sleep in the waiting room of the ICU. Figured I would get more sleep there than at the hotel. My sons stayed at the hotel and said that the hotel filled up after I left and people were cooking food in their rooms. Said it smelled good but I don’t think that’s the safest thing when the rooms do not have kitchens. Needless to say I will not be booking at this place again and will be less inclined to believe the reviews on Expedia from now on as well. Hope others have a better experience than I did. Good luck. "
