"The hotel was quiet and the bed comfortable but the pillows were bad the room not clean and the breakfast terrible. "

"This property is very rundown. There was chipped and missing paint on the exterior doors leading into the rooms and inside the rooms as well. The bathtub looked dirty. The towels and bedding were clean. The staff was kind and courteous. The breakfast was very basic. I had oatmeal and a hard boiled egg. The icemaker was not working. Per the employee I asked, it’s part of the renovation. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice how rundown the property was when I booked my room on hotels.com. On a positive note the refrigerator and freezer worked very well."

"Walked into the room. Beds were made, but floor was not swept. Bathroom had a dirty toilet bowl, hair on the floor, and hair in the shower. The room they gave me wasn't even the one I had reserved. Reserved a single queen bed. They gave me a double."

"Nice room. Clean. Nice property. Good value. I arrived late in night (2:15 am) and although I had called ahead to tell them and they said no problem, no one was at the desk. I did not get into my room until 3 am."
