I asked the front desk lady if she could hold it just for a couple hours until my ckeckout time and was very unfriendly in her response of "no, we don't hold food""

"We liked the view from our balcony, they leave bottle waters in the rooms as well as coffee pods and creams daily, the room was very clean as well. I didn't like so many people in the pool and that we had to pay nearly $40 for a beach umbrella and $55 daily parking."
