"While I commend the hotel for its overall aesthetic appeal and cleanliness. I would like to address a few concerns. The room was clean, however, I noticed some cereal crumbs on the floor, which diminished our overall impression of the room’s cleanliness. More significantly, we found the breakfast offerings to be unsatisfactory, especially given the price we paid for the night. The quality and variety did not meet the expectations typically associated with a hotel of this caliber."

"It's an old facility and in need of improvements. The elevator was slow and a bit spotty. The escalators were not operating part of the time. The AC in my room wasn't working as well as the AC in the hallways. The staff was polite and tried their best. Bottom line is for the rates they charge the hotel is not worth the expense."
