My room was clean. Floor had been mopped, no dirt, grit or grime. No spots on floor. Fresh, smelled nice and clean. No TV remote, went to office, was putting fresh batteries in remotes. I will return to this location in the future, quality and convenience.

The staff was excellent - Professional & helpful start to finish. The property is lush & peacful. The guests are not clean & make it extra challenging for staff=unfair. It is impossible to teach everyone do not disrespect the property by improperly disposing of cigarette butts & garbage.

This is a really great place to stay. The bed's are comfy. No bed bugs. The rooms are well thought out and usually very quiet and peaceful. There are no other hotels in the area as good as Suburban Studios. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay while searching for a home.
