  • This charming Auvergne-style 2-bedroom mansion in Parlan is perfect for a group of 4 seeking a peaceful countryside escape. Built on a hill, it offers panoramic views and features a relaxing bubble bath, shared swimming pool, and sauna. The multi-level layout adds character, while the surrounding area is ideal for hiking. The town center is just 2 km away, with supermarkets and restaurants within 3 km, and the picturesque village of Maurs-la-Jolie only 13 km off.

    The swimming pool, located 600 metres from the house, is shared with the owners. It is fully enclosed and equipped with a secure gate with an access code.

    Evenings are best spent on the furnished terrace with a parasol and electric barbecue, overlooking the lush landscape. The mansion is surrounded by a well-kept garden and expansive lawn, perfect for soaking in the fresh air. After a day of exploring, unwind in the bubble bath or sauna. Hartelijke ontvangst en korte rondleiding door de eigenares. Een comfortabel huisje (wel druk ingericht met decoratie) op het platteland. Mooie natuur en rustige omgeving (weides met koeien). We waren ons onvoldoende bewust dat het zwembad niet aan het huisje lag (op paar minuutjes wandelafstand), wat ietwat minder praktisch was voor de kinderen. De -1 verdieping waar de kinderen sliepen bleef lekker koel, ondanks de erg hoge temperaturen, wat een grote meevaller was. De bovenste verdieping met 2-persoonsbed was wel vrij warm, maar toch nog draaglijk bij buitentemperatuur van boven de 30 graden. Ook de leefruimte was vrij koel, keuken warmer. Weinig mogelijkheid om de zon buiten te houden.

Maison très agréable, et le cadre très dépaysant. Malgré les restrictions sanitaires et la pluie nous avons trouver pas mal de sorties. Fermes pour les enfants, lacs, site médiévaux, Limoges et laguiole tout près, la forêt des singes à rocamadour au top! Nous avons visité les vaches et les veaux de la ferme familiale de la propriétaire, ma fille était heureuse. Nous avons acheté de la viandes locale a La boucherie au rouget qui nous les a mis sous vide pour les emporter chez nous. Fromage chez la cave, et saucisson du marché au rouget. La propriétaire et sa famille sont très gentils et à l’écoute. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Merci beaucoup pour semaine inoubliable!

We zijn zeer hartelijk ontvangen en bij aankomst stond een mandje met lekkernijen klaar. Een schitterende vakantiehuis die aan alle verwachtingen voldeed. Het huis stond op een prachtige plek met schitterend uitzicht. We waren hier 3 weken om uit te rusten en te genieten, en dat is goed gelukt. Heerlijk dat je bij slecht weer gebruik kan maken van de jacuzzi en sauna en niet te vergeten de open haard. Een huis waar je je direct op je gemak voelt. Uitstekende bedden, waar ik op vakantie adressen meestal moeite mee heb. We hebben vele wandelingen gemaakt uit het mapje die aanwezig is. Veel van de omgeving gezien. Op aanraden van de eigenaresse naar Conques geweest, een schitterend dorp. We komen zeker een keer terug. Lydie bedankt en tot ziens.
