"The room was very clean and modern. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, as it was our first trip to Cleveland and we didn't know our way around the city. We did not take advantage of either the bar for their breakfast (because I was there for surgery at Cleveland Clinic), but I cannot say enough good things about this establishment!"

"We definitely enjoyed our stay here but of course there were some things we didn’t enjoy as much. PROS: First off the staff was very helpful during check in and check out. The location is convenient especially if you wanted to do some shopping or go out to eat. The size of the was was enough for our whole group (4), as we were in town for the J Cole Fall Off tour. Breakfast is free, which is always nice and there is a pool which we didn’t use. CONS: the beds (at least in our room) were not very comfortable at all. Kinda just felt like laying on springs. The breakfast IS free but wasn’t all that good. The bathroom was not really that clean as there was a some debris and a questionable brown stain on the wall next to the door. Other than that I would probably give the hotel as a whole a 3.2/10"
